Domino's Pizza | Opus Centre — Restaurant in Mumbai

Worst experience I had, on new year's eve, Delivery will take time, so I went to the outlet to place order for a takeaway. I waited for 5 mins for my number to come, when I reached the counter to place the order, the staff who was taking the order went by saying will come back in a min. After she came back, told me that takeaway will take 1hr 30 mins, which I was fine to wait.. Wherein after that she gave an excuse that machine is not working and other upi mode like paytm, googlepay are not working, only payment through cash. She was very rude in talking. When I spoke to the manager he told pls wait for 2 mins your payment will be done. Even after that the staff who was taking order said card machine or upi payment is not working.. I wasted my time for travelling to the outlet. Upon that Dominos app is not at all working and accepting orders. Even earlier I faced similar issues in the app. Pathetic service and experience I had, Will make sure in my entire life to never order a pizza...

I hated this place very much. I usually like the taste of dominos but what irritated me here was the staff. The staff here was very lazy and rude. The tables were very much untidy/dirty. I had to call the staff 4-5times for cleaning. There were only 2customers still the staff was acting busy. They were just gossiping and doing timepass.

Now talking about the taste, i had ordered 1 Chicken Dominator pizza & 1 nonveg burger pizza. As compared with PizzaHut & Mojo pizza, toppings were less in this pizza. Also the main taste was of only cheese. I was expecting a spicy pizza with chicken overloading taste. The nonveg pizza burger was waste of money. I'd eat roadside vada paav next time instead of this. It was a small sized burger which consisted hardly 4-5 chicken pieces, 2-3 small tomota pieces and cheese. The taste was total bland.

Dominos please improve the quality and please demonstrate the staff how to behave...

Whenever we think about pizza , it's always DOMINO'S That pops up !!!! Although I feel the prices are a bit high, but it's worth the taste ! Domino's toppings are the best in taste and no one can beat that ! Their wide variety of pizzas and the newly launched ones should definitely be tried by all the pizza lovers !

Service is fine , staff is helpful and friendly . In all, it's a good place to chill and spend time with your favourite with your favourite...
