Domino's Pizza | Santacruz West, Mumbai — Restaurant in Mumbai

Worst management, worst service. Had placed an order 2 hrs back, still not delivered. I stay just 500m away from the store. Called them 1 hr back, i was told order is dispatched and due to traffic it will take time. I checked on google maps and there was no traffic as such. Called them 2nd time and asked for the contact number of delivery boy, they were like we don't have the number, and will need to ask the manager for the number. Hence they kept my call on hold for 10 mins and they never replied. I called them again and asked them if I can talk to their manager, they were like he's busy and kept my call on hold again for 5 mins and never replied. Since then they are not picking up my call. This was the last time I ordered pizza from Dominos. Will never ever order again and will make sure my friends and family do the same. Pizza Hut people deliver more quicker from BKC store compared to Dominos. IN SHORT WORST, PATHETIC, UNETHICAL, DISGUSTING. Luckily my payment mode was cash, if had paid online, I bet I would have lost my money....

We ordered a pizza yesterday late evening.. we ourselves picked it up.. the pizza base was not baked properly..it was raw dough.. hardly you could see the cheese.. american corn was not added earlier while baking, must have missed to add corn, they must have added later I suppose as it was not baked.. onion and tomato topping were on just one side.. the presentation of the pizza was just too bad.. we make better pizzas at home.. first time I had this bad experience with dominos after a waiting for almost more than an hour at the outlet at Santa Cruz west .. I called several times last evening and even today nobody answers the call.. it was a pathetic experience.. specially in this pandemic not advisable to order any pizza further from dominos. Yesterday's experience was zero value for money.. an eatery should never be compromising...

Most pathetic place to be. Table dirty. Asked staff to clean they bluntly said no. Can u imagine that. Asked manager to get it clean, she said to wait and was fighting with person who was supposed to clean it. Finally done after 25 mins Placing order experience worst ever. I am asking for veg Indi paneer pizza and staff again and again saying chicken pizza. I corrected her 4 times. Wait time over 35 mins. Just imagine they deliver within 30 mins and I am having there and they took 35 mins. Food Quality ohh God was thinking is it Dominos or I got into something else. Pizza base thinner than chapati cooked at home, burnt, topping hardly can be found. Garlic bread was raw, not cooked properly. Somehow just managed to eat half of food since we were hungry and have no choice but to leave rest. God please forgive me to waste that...
