Food King — Restaurant in Mumbai

I was one of their old customers, but now i avoid visiting them. Initially, providing good food and good customer service at reasonable price was one of their goals. But these days their only focus is how to loot people and make business unlawfully. Their customer service is really worst now. The staff is not interested in helping you. No matter how much food you order, they will still charge you extra for stuff like schezwan, chutney, salad etc. Keep in mind that they have two menus, a regular one and another one for family room. They charge almost double for the same meal in family room. They don't even inform people in family room that if they order same meal in normal seating area they will save almost half of their money. I used to be their regular customer, I loved their food but only when you go to the hotel n eat, yesterday I ordered my food by home delivery, my home is 5 min away from food king( in golibar). Yesterday food were worst. Ok for a Lower Budget Meal.. Food is not bad. Average waiting time for an order is 15 mins. No Parking Space for 4 wheelers, Even 2 wheelers max 10 bikes can be parked. It's a crowed and Jammed Area. You will get Halal Food. Not recommended for vegetarians. Not sure if they use separate utensils for veg & non - veg. Once we ordered veg biryani and got a piece of Chicken in it.
