Smoke House Deli Nesco — Restaurant in Mumbai

It was our first visit to the Nesco outlet of Smoke House Deli, and I must say, it lived up to all our expectations—and more! While we’ve always been loyal patrons of the Lower Parel branch (currently under renovation), this visit proved that the same warmth, quality, and flavors are consistent across locations.

My children are huge fans of Smoke House Deli, especially their signature pizza and Tiramisu, so naturally, we had to order their favorite—Peri Peri Chicken Pizza—and it did not disappoint. Perfectly baked, with the right balance of spice and flavor, it remains our top pick.

We also tried a variety of dishes: • Ravioli Pasta – rich, creamy, and perfectly portioned • Vegetarian Club Sandwich – fresh and wholesome with a good crunch • Loaded Nachos – generously topped and great for sharing the avocado chutney was so good! • Iced Mocha and Hot Chocolate – both comforting and indulgent beverages

To round off our meal, we treated ourselves to two incredible desserts: the classic Tiramisu (light, airy, and full of flavor) and Tres Leches (moist, decadent, and an absolute must-try).

Honestly, there wasn’t a single dish we didn’t enjoy. The service was prompt, the ambiance was relaxed yet lively, and every item exceeded our expectations. Looking forward to coming back soon—and until the Lower Parel outlet reopens, Nesco might just become...

I’ve visited Smoke House Deli, BKC before, but this was my first time at their Nesco outlet — and it definitely left a good impression!

📍 Location: Tucked near Gate No. 4, Nesco is a massive space, but this spot is nestled in a serene corner with lush trees, open seating, and great vibes all around.

🏢 Ambience: The restaurant is spacious, bright, and has a very corporate-chic vibe. Expect to see a lot of well-dressed professionals during the day.

👨‍🍳 Staff: Super polite and efficient. No complaints.

🍽️ Food: Loved the taste and presentation. Consistent with the Smoke House Deli brand.

So I and my friend went for lunch to this Nesco franchise (Tax Invoice No SHDN6014, attended by Sahbinrajk). We reached there by 12.50 and placed an order, hardly any customer there for lunch then. It was 1.30 pm and even the starters didn't arrive and meanwhile our attendant was busy serving others who arrived much later. I went to him to gently ask if he had forgotten us, and he was quick to say no. Surprise, surprise, he came to the table after 5 minutes and asked what our order was, again! Means he didn't place it till then. Wasted 45 mins! We tell it again, after 15 mins, starters arrive. Now for the main course, my order (non veg) came after another 15 mins, and that's it. We had to wait another 20 minutes, and we had to go to 2 different attendants to request the other part (veg for my friend) to send so that we can start at least! It took some more time for the other part to arrive, and by then, my part was cold! So our lunch took us 1 hour, 20 minutes, 4 reminders, that too for a place like Smoke House Deli! On top of that, I also paid 10% service charge!! Honestly, it was the most pathetic service I had, and it was completely a waste of time! Not again. I'm never going to come...
