I've been a loyal patron of Gulshan E Iran since my childhood and have always enjoyed my visits. However, my recent experiences have been nothing short of a nightmare. In the past week, I dined at the restaurant three times, and each visit left me deeply unsatisfied.
First and foremost, the issue with the water service was incredibly disappointing. The staff consistently served what they described as "mild cold water," but in reality, it was anything but cold. On my most recent visit (Sunday, October 16, 2023), I inquired about the water's temperature and was told that the refrigerator was not working. This revelation was concerning, and I asked for ice cubes to at least make the water cooler. To my dismay, the manager initially refused my request and only reluctantly provided a meager amount of crushed ice after a lengthy argument. It was disheartening to see such reluctance in serving customers.
To add to the frustration, the payment process was equally troublesome. I was shocked to learn that the restaurant only accepted cash and did not offer UPI or card payment options. In this day and age, where digital transactions are not only convenient but also the norm, it was a major inconvenience to find out that cash was the sole method of payment. This left us with no choice but to rush to the nearest ATM to withdraw cash, which was a considerable inconvenience and tainted our entire dining experience.
I believe it's essential for businesses to inform customers about such limitations beforehand to prevent any unpleasant surprises.
In conclusion, my recent visits to Gulshan E Iran have been extremely disappointing. While I have fond memories of dining at your establishment, these recent experiences were far from satisfactory. I sincerely hope that these issues are addressed promptly to ensure a more pleasant experience for future patrons.
As an avid customer who has enjoyed many meals at your restaurant over the years, I am disheartened by this recent turn of events and hope for a positive change...

Gulshane Iran in Mumbai is a must-visit for anyone craving authentic Persian and Mughlai cuisine.
I recently had the pleasure of dining there, and every dish was a flavorful journey! Chicken Tikka: The chicken tikka was incredibly tender and succulent, with a perfect char and a delightful blend of spices that wasn't overly spicy. It was clear that the chicken had been marinated to perfection, resulting in a burst of flavor in every bite.
Irani Roti: The Irani roti was soft, fluffy, and slightly sweet, making it an ideal companion to the rich and savory chicken tikka. The roti had a wonderful texture that complemented the dish perfectly. Chicken hicken Biryani: The biryani was fragrant and flavorful, with tender pieces of chicken and perfectly cooked rice. The spices were aromatic and well-balanced, creating a symphony of flavors that was simply divine.
Sahi Tukda: To end the meal on a sweet note, I indulged in the Sahi Tukda. This classic dessert was a decadent treat, with crispy fried bread soaked in a creamy, saffron-infused milk sauce. It was the perfect way to complete a satisfying meal.
Overall: Gulshane Iran offers a delightful culinary experience. The service was friendly and attentive, and the ambiance was warm and inviting. If you're looking for authentic Persian and Mughlai flavors in Mumbai, look no further than Gulshane Iran. Highly...
