Haaochi
Located in Sun-N- Sand, one of the famous and first beachside hotels of India. This place doesn’t need any introduction. I am glad to announce that this place is absolutely worth it. In the past few years, Haaochi has managed to get a hype for its Asian food, authenticity & their fine dine experience and no kidding, it was all worth the hype.
Ambience: The interiors are so good here. Well set tables with a comfortable seating area and positive vibes were welcoming us for the meal. The open kitchen is done in a classy way that is right in the middle of the restaurant. Lighting was perfect and beautifully done.
Food: I tried a bunch of things here.
Kimchi Salad: Spicy and cold kimchi salad was great, fulfilling and hearty.
I had assorted Veg and Non Veg dumplings which were steamed to perfection and filling. Also, they look damn amazing.
Chilli Mint Style Fish: A super amazing dish. The combo is so good. It will take your tastebuds to the next level. Must try!!!
Chow Chu Style Potatoes: As you can guess from the name this dish is their signature dish. I think they’ve never gone wrong with this. Made it to perfection.
Chow Chu Style Chicken: Chicken, Mushrooms and Cashew cooked in spicy sauce and presented beautifully. The chicken was soft, good and easy to bite.
Lotus Stem Root: Super palatable and crunchy. Can never go wrong.
Butter Garlic Rice: It was exceptionally good and worth having.
Veg Thai Curry: It was simply delectable and spicy. Loved to have this with butter garlic rice.
Chicken Pot Rice: You’ll love the savory flavor of the rice and it was a complete meal as it was loaded with veggies and chicken.
Yogurt Almond and Choco Lava Cake are desserts from which I love Choco Lava Cake more and it was so rich. Nothing can’t be better than these desserts. Do try.
Overall, they have well played with the menu. I would love to come again here to try some new delicacies here.
P.S: The review is strictly depending on my personal experience.

Read moreDuring my recent visit to Haochi Restaurant, I discovered a hidden gem within – Kabab Hut. This small yet vibrant spot left a lasting impression with its exceptional food and warm service.
The variety of kababs was a treat for the senses, with flavors that showcased skillful preparation. Among the selections, the Galouti Kababs stood out. They were incredibly fresh, succulent, and melted in the mouth – truly a must-try for kabab enthusiasts. Another dish we love was roti pe boti which had incredibly flavourful and soft meat served on a crunchy roti. Would definitely gonna have it again in my next visit.
LIIT was made perfectly with an adequate amount of alcohol to give you high in a single drink.
For starters, the Bok Choy Dimsum was another highlight. The dimsum was delicately crafted, juicy on the inside, and perfectly steamed, adding an authentic Asian flavour to our meal.
Moving to the main course, the Nalli Nihari was a masterpiece. The rich, aromatic gravy paired beautifully with the tender meat, which was cooked to perfection. The Roomali Roti accompanying it was soft and fresh, making the combination irresistible.
Special mention to our waiter, Mr. Laukik, who ensured we were comfortable and guided us through the menu with patience and expertise. His friendly demeanor added to the experience.
While there was a noticeable delay in serving the dishes, the quality of the food more than made up for it. A little improvement in timing could elevate the...

Place wasn't too crowded! Starters were great We had the prawn chestnut dumpling And the chow chu chicken Mains were the chicken pot rice peppered with mushrooms and veggies We ordered the Panaeng chicken (Thai) along with Garlic butter rice (prawns) By itself the rice is bland but goes quite well with the Panaeng chicken Piece de resistance was the Sizzling Brownie or the flaming brownie!! A sight to behold However the kimchi was okayish We They served us jasmine tea and you get fortune cookies at the end! Our server was Sahil , courteous, friendly and affable! Food chosen was largely based on his recommendation Word of advice Avoid Sunday afternoons as the servers are v busy and you have to keep asking for elementary things as water to be refilled! The sauces appeared on our table after the lunch...
