Had to eat here couple of times in the last one year, due to no other good options near our office, other than Nityanand Hotel which serves non-veg too.
Now, if you take a table seat here and wait for a friend to join you, the waiter stands in front of you, blocking your vision and pesters you to order some dish asap!
We recently had a lunch for a team of 35 and the waiters, the head waiter, the supervisor served us without a single smile for 90 minutes. How can you be so full of greed that you forget smiling? The management of delivering such orders was late and the food tasted equally bad.
There were mushrooms in one of the dishes which first was declined with an ice-cold no from all waiters and later they accepted it. The lower cadre staff appeared to be exploited. The billing was a mess. They had overcharged some items and we got them to correct it. But, surprisingly they couldn’t give us the correct bill, saying it is a GST issue. You pay Rs 1500 and get a bill of Rs 2000, because of GST issue. What a joke!
Today, I read on Google, that they pay people for getting a 5-star rating. Believe it or not, but, if you eat here, console yourself saying "this is the only option in the vicinity of 1km of my office".
All types of payments accepted here – UPI, cash, debit cards, credit cards. Parking available only in the front of the hotel. Date of...
Read moreI have visited and ordered from Hare Krishna restaurant quite often due to its close proximity from my house but I must say, I am highly disappointed with this place. I visited this restaurant today with a bunch of friends. When I called earlier to reserve a table for 12, I was told that the restaurant would be very much empty and we could take whichever table we’d wish for. In the restaurant, we had a horrible experience. The orders were taken rudely and the behaviour of the staff was quite demeaning. We were 12 ladies, just hanging out and having our fun when someone walked to us and told us very rudely not to play housie and how women go to their restaurant and spend 2-3 hours and not leave so they don’t allow “Kitty parties”. Quite frankly, we weren’t making too much noise and did order quite a lot and pay as needed. Despite the restaurant being quite empty at the time, they expected us to leave sooner and we observed them being rude to the customers on the next table too. A man purposely asked us if we’d like to join the table next to ours, even when we never mentioned it just so the girls on that table would leave sooner. We are very disappointed with the staff of Hare Krishna restaurant and demand strict actions to be taken against the staff who is so rude and toxic. the management should really...
