Nothin close to my expectations after paying almost 6k for the room. The room itself was on the 9th floor and wasn’t too bad. Not quite worth the money, however, it’s Mumbai. So I can understand the pricing. But the area outside is definitely a slum and is not a hotel that you should chose if you’re traveling with family or women. As soon as you are out of the hotel you instantly get unsafe vibes. The hotel people conveniently left out the outside pictures online. The concierge was friendly. However, he wouldn’t allow two of my friends into the hotel room. Even after exposing to him that they were both doctors and one of them even being from the army. I didn’t want them waiting for me outside which was the only reason I wanted them to come. I asked for just 5 mins and that too not during an odd time. It was at 5:30 in the evening. Leaving that.. the complementary breakfast menu is absolutely useless. You get one item which doesn’t even taste that good. For the price I paid, I was expecting a breakfast buffet. I’ve had heavenly food at other restaurants for half the price. Another thing and here is the best part. Like I said we were on the 9th floor and on the day of checkout the lift stopped working. Brilliant right? And when I asked them how long will it take, they just told me it won’t work and I need to walk down. The stairs covered in paan stains and urinal aroma.
