HOTEL MARATHA DARBAR — Restaurant in Mumbai

On 09th Sep 2019 evening Me and my family visited to this restaurant Cash counter was not so responsive and communication was poor we want to sit Non AC section but he told to sit AC Section as some civil work was going on so we went AC Section and ordered him after ordering Non of waiter was available till the food not come every time i had to go out call up waiter for any request.The Waiter Ethic was not proper while serving he was serving like Egoistic way.As per food quality Rate are very High Chapati's were so Thin layer and cost was high.we bad service as per rates as per service.

Please don't visit to this restaurant as they don't learnt how treat the customer's.(First Impression is the last...

1- very bad experience with this restaurant. 2- For just simple prawns thali lunch time taken 1 hour. 3- prawns curry given worst quality and testless, simply boiled uncleaned prawns given with curry. 4- no waiter on demand , no time management , worst quality of food but price is too high , 5- today on 25.09.19 afternoon lunch we three person paid 1600/-. Rs for worst quality and testless food. 6- in one thali menu = some third grade rice, some bad quality Roti, and prawns curry with worst test. 7- I suggest all person avoid to visit third grade This Restaurant, because After eating full day I suffered stomach pain due to unhygienic prawns. If there would have been an option to give 0 stars, It would be very easy to convey the message to other people. Anyways, it was very horrible dine-in experience I ever had. Not at all hygienic place nor the staff is keen to clean the hotel even 1%.

You may get some proteins and energy from food but you may immediately donate plenty of blood to the present mosquitoes.

I would suggest to the people that always check the physical condition / interior of the restaurant as soon as you enter because restaurants like “Maratha Darbar” keep old papers / newspapers inside the storage where cakes and pastries are...
