This review is regarding the dine in experience.... Some weeks early I visited this place for a take out meal but I have plenty of time, so I thought let's experience the dine in service (in lunch hours) it was a worst decision 😕. I stay in a nearby locality so I just went in shorts and t-shirts, The staff were staring me like I cannot afford their food or something I don't know what... So in terms of food the food was really good but the experience was horrible.

I visited today as well and the same thing happened, a guy (maybe a manager or what so) continuously coming and checking me like I will run away without paying, there are other customers as well he won't bother about him but he is staring at me like I asked for his kidney, the waiter was good, his service was good I tipped him as well but that guy gives me chills (Today I was in a proper attire)

In terms of food no doubt I will go many times I would like to go but in terms of service no I won't recommend this for service at all.

Staff is courteous, decent rooms, though multiple things require a change. Day shift reception managers attitude needs to change, he is always rude and unhelpful. Just opposite of the night manager who was understanding. The room provided was not as per the booking done. It was much smaller, though it was very clean and neat and well maintained. We gave our water bottle to the manager on the night shift to refrigerate it. He took it without any questions, when i asked about the same to the manager during the day shift he was like we cant give you a cold water bottle and will charge Rs. 10 extra for that. Did not order food so can't comment on that. Now the person who replies to this review will surely write something wrong, without taking this feedback in a positive response. You really need to clean your day shift...
