I'm here to share my Experience with Cutis skin What should I write about them? Words fall short to describe their work ! One word REMARKABLE 💯 DR.ZEBA the most Intelligent, kind hearted,down to earth and Beautiful Women! She has magic in her hands pure shifa (cure) lies into her hands DR. Shagufta's work is excellent! Clean and pure she always make sure that the client is satisfied! It all started last year in 2019 when I found Cutis skin studio Feb 5th 2019.Like all the ordinary people battling with acne I too was battling with my acne problem since 2016.It was very little thought of getting it done by a good Dr. My friend suggested me a Dermatologist she was a Celebrity Dermatologist but failed to treat my acne. I was underconsultation with that Dr. Since 2016 mid year but couldn't find any results believe me or not I felt like I wasted my money into lakhs the trartments were expensive but the results were 0 the medication too were expensive but didnt helped me they were just trying to manipulate me . Like this almost 3years of my life was wasted the Dr could've implied correct treatments at the right time but she didn't ! Then one fine day I found Cutis on Google the reviews and ratings made me believe that yes I should give it a try then again with a heavy heart without any hopes I came to Cutis skin Bandra branch there over got a chance to meet Dr Zeba fortunately ! She builded confidence, she made me believe that acne on my forehead will settle, I was like okay dr Zeba she asked me to believe in her I was again like okay Dr . Because I had lost all the Hope's that my acne will ever get treated and settled the bumps on my forehead were stubborn after treating them for 3years at that Celebrity Dermatologist I didn't find results what would I get here this was my thoughts. Dr Zeba may Allah bless her. she did magic ! She consulted me,medicated me with proper medications and ointments then askd me to get a treatment me done .. oh my my! let me tell you'll after getting one sitting of that treatment I felt soo good I can't describe ! Like ordinary people with acne problems even I use to stand in front of mirror and wonder will I ever get rid of these stubborn acne bumps on my forehead ? I use to question myself but then Dr Zeba true Magician made it possible for me to believe yes acne can be treated. yes she was right ! On feb16 2019. I got first sitting done I felt good , confident about my skin problems that was the day and it is today that I don't feel like going anywhere accept @cutis skin !I must say Dr. APRATIM GOEL Is a positive soul, her vibes, energy is too positive .She's at a higher level in life with regards to her profession but her attitude towards her clients is 0 touchwood !always have smile on her face she's Beautiful inside/out. Dr.Goel comes under top Best Celebrity Dermatologist in Town. her attitude is so positive! one can feelfree to consult themselves.the best thing about Cutis is their genuine service 💓, complimentary service for eg on Occasions, Birthdays they come up with offers for their clients and soo much more ! Truly amazing .Cutis skin studio is been my favorite place in town to get myself pampered.I recommended to my family& close friends & today I also recommend to people battling with stubborn acne & Scars. feels that they can never ever get rid of it . believe me one must give a try at Cutis .Today I have acne free , Scarsfree , healthy & glowing Skin and my brother too is under consultation with Dr Zeba and some of my friends. the service is genuine, the staff is outstanding the Dr's and therapists are very well trained under Dr Goel we need more Drs like DrGoel, Dr Zeba in Town the genuine one's they have always come to the point and done the treatments (Value for MONEY)worth spending every single penny/ time too good . Your reply on previous comments said it all. Evidence based, really, but what about attending to faces you guys spoil and people who complaint. Are you guys gold standards, what rubbish ? When i asked for followup appointment, you all have blocked numbers. So, dont fake it. And yes, each review matters. And, in coming times, more and more people will post 0 star to you guys, like already many have. There is a reason normal people are having worse service experience. Why do you fool others, who are non celebs. The way you guys attend to complaint and talk rudely with customers, by giving fake explanations on call, who will want to revisit you guys, with the amount of arrogance you and dr goel throws on client over calls, who complaints. I have call recordings, which display your attitude to client, who complaints. And, you guys make sure that they do not come for followup. Your startegy is clear. Speak rudely to customers who complaint over call and deny any responsibility, so that taking arrogance in picture, who will want to come for followup. Good strategy of dr.goel. very soon, many customers will line up for 1 star reviews. Problem is, you guys do not care for low reviews. Only lick people, who help you market your empty clinics. Dr goel only picks call when she wants to get customers to clinic, not when they have complaint. And dr. Zeba, hope noone gives their precious face under your hands.

Not recommended. Worse experience. They do not take accountability, when their treatment gave adverse reaction and worsened the face. And also, dr goel and her staff blocks the numbers, by putting the matter under the rug. Do not trust them. We visited bandra clinic and dr. Goel consulted. They are scammers, and out there to give substandard procedural treatment and is a product selling business. Dr Goel, has audacity to block numbers, if you complaint to them and ask them to fix or give solution for the damage, they deliberately make on face. I am writing to express my severe disappointment with the unprofessional conduct I experienced today at your Khar branch. As a paying customer, I had high expectations, but the environment and treatment I received were far below acceptable standards.

While undergoing treatment, I was horrified to witness your team members shouting and arguing loudly outside the room. The level of noise and aggression made it feel as though I were in a chaotic marketplace or a noisy bazaar, rather than a clinic. The lack of decorum was disturbing and completely inappropriate, especially in a setting where patients should feel calm and at ease.

For a moment, I even felt unsafe and fearful, given the hostile atmosphere created by the staff’s unprofessional behavior. This kind of aggressive environment has no place in a healthcare facility where patients expect a peaceful, respectful, and caring atmosphere.

Furthermore, when I attempted to provide immediate feedback to the team, I was met with indifference and a lack of responsiveness. It was evident that they did not care about my concerns. This reflects poorly not just on the team’s professionalism, but also on the clinic’s overall commitment to customer satisfaction. It seems that the only priority for your clinic is taking money, rather than maintaining a high standard of service and patient care.

I strongly urge you to address this issue immediately. A professional healthcare setting demands a code of conduct that ensures patients are treated with respect, not only during the treatment process but throughout their entire experience at the clinic.

If this behavior is allowed to continue, I will be forced to take further action, including sharing my experience on public platforms to warn others.
