Read moreJust a feedback for the Habitat support staff/managers/owners : did visit Habitat this past weekend to watch 'India's Got Latent' the show was amazing and I personally did not had any issues with seating / food / arrangements.
My only issue was the lady sitting at the front desk verifying the tickets, she was rude and disrespectful - being in the service industry her unpleasant behaviour was uncalled for. to give you context, we walked in the venue and wanted to check in on the show, so we politely inquired about the same and her response was 'udhar jaa ke khade reh, m bulaungi tab aana' in a very aggresive tone.
not just me, multiple people faced same response and most of us did not respond back but the winner of the last 'India's Got Latent' show did respond back and asked her to please speak politely, so not necessarily everyone would just take this uncalled rude attitude.
I understand that she might be irritated and done responding to same question from multiple people again and again that doesn't give you the right to be rude and disrespectful. No one is asking the lady to smile but at least be polite, after paying for the tickets and travelling for 1.5/2 hours for the show this was not cool.
After a busy stressful week people plans to watch their fav comic and relieve the stress but incident like this just ruins your entire experience. I'm sure many people might have complained about it but it takes nothing to be kind and polite.
@TheHabitatMumbai please give the lady a raise but please ask her to be...
