Worst experience by the restaurant, as I ordered cake from swiggy and there were no cooking instructions given so I tried calling on the no from online but it was coming busy for hours and later he answered and gave us the company number, so we called on that number and told him to write the name on cake but he said that they have already left so I told him, he would have his no so he said no we fdon' have his number and that person mr RAM was midbmisbeha and talking rudely with us, so later we called the owner he also denied saying they dont have swiggy person number ( as how can they not have- so why have they tied up with swiggy if they don't have number) and the talk with them were miserable so when the swiggy person came with our parcel we returned it as without a name on the cake how can we celebrate someone's birthday. So my humble request this service from crosta was bad and no etiquettes at all to behave...
