Hotel Regal Palace — Restaurant in Mumbai

Location/area : located inside Kamala compound.... Very happening area with good crowd around.... Close to the complete corporate hub..... Area of the hotel is spacious enough to easily occupy over 20 families.. Staff : courteous and helpful.... Food: they have newly added menu where you will be able to njoy UNLIMITED BUFFET... Corporate crowd especially njoy the buffet.... Newly added main course and starters as attached in the image... MOCKTAILS: Shiv sagar special (Sorry for quoting Moito on image) mocktail and fruit punch mocktail were too sweet to handle.... These are mocktail and not cocktail.... May not b good for patients having sugar disease.... Includes common syrup, taste is common as well... the only difference was moita consists of dry fruit as well.... STARTERS: Paneer makhmali tikka was really spicy... It includes 5 pieces...... Paneer albela: it was less spicy.. Though delicious. It includes 5 pieces... .... Paneer quality was awesome.... It was fluffy.... MAIN COURSE : vegetable Karachi was delicious... 5 star for the chef..... Bang on!!! Cheese naan and tandoori roti were equally delicious and mouth watering... DESSERTS: Shahi tukda was sweet with dry fruits as toppings.....vanilla Ice-cream and sweet bread coated with sweetness were positioned on extreme ends. . Delicious.......

Please don't book this hotel . I booked this hotel for 3 days in starting month of August and when i reached there the entrance which is shown on net is totally different from hotel only entry gate is made p of marble and whole building looks like it's an ancient building.

Rude staff when i checked in to the room which was a Deluxe room was just 10X12 feet , no space between bed and toilet gate and continous water was dropping from AC and some leakage was also their from upper floor the wall was complete wet when i complained at reception they started reacting very rude. They said give us some time for ac to get repaired then i said i don't paid money for waiting to get ac repaired.

Then i called MMT from where i made booking then i talked to customer care for approx 90 minutes then he cancelled my booking for 2 nights and booked another hotel for 1 night for free . And still on 30 Aug i am waiting for my refund. Every customer care person speaks differently according to their mood.

Price is Okish. The rooms are very basic and have AC. The cots are very bad. The mattress is split so forget having a good sleep if you are sharing the bed. It's useless to question the logic because none of the rooms have a full length mattress. No room freshner / scented balls are provided. Imagine the clutter in ambience if there are no windows.

Bathroom are fine. Mirror, toileteries and towels are provided. Hot and cold water provision with instant heating.

All toilets are western with hand jets.

Do opt for room service with complimentary breakfast. It's worth it.

Pros. Location, location and location. Very close to Saifee hospital. Parking available. You can order from outside too through food delivery apps. One wallet person is available but then....

Cons Service is zero. There is no liftman or receptionist when...
