I'll give this a 5 star cuz I don't see any issue , yes u have to climb 2 floors to get to ur room but u have to adjust a little in order to get a beautiful room.

The room I got is a quadruple room, we are three guest but we got a room for 4 . Beautiful room with nive lighting, the ac is on, everything is working , they also provide a wardrobe and tv and tv is also working, we can early so they provide us bathroom to get fresh. We got fresh then left to roam around and they put our luggage in the room at check in.

The staff is really nice, if ur nice to them they will be nice to you , warm water in bathroom is provided. Washroom and bathroom is attached and it is clean. It's small but it's okay not an issue. The quadruple room has bathroom outside which might be a issue. And other room have personal bathroom.

We have security and privacy here. Staff is helpfull and genuine, hotel might be old from outside but on 2nd floor it's totally renovated and new so dont judge book by its cover.

It is located near main road, there are several restaurant nearby and in evening there are stall of fast food on main road, many things are near. Muhammad Ali road, chor bazar, fashion Street, marine drive, collaba causeway etc. So this can be told as centre of few sight seeing places.

An excellent place with all the facilities you need for a comfortable stay. We stayed here with our two children, and we all loved the place. The rooms were super clean, with TV, AC, clean towels & bedsheets, attached bathroom with warm and cold water, openable windows, and free RO drinking water at the reception kitchen. Even though the building might look run-down from outside, it is excellent and well maintained from inside. The place is just 10 minutes walk to the beach, and there are lots of restaurants, fruit stalls, taxi stands, and many other things. All nearby restaurants also deliver food directly to the room. There were cutleries in the kitchen area which we used when we had food delivered to our room.

The staff, Mirad and Yakub, were especially helpful. There was always there to take care instantly of any question we had during our stay. Also they managed the place very well and handled all guest queries with lots of care and diligence.
