Hotel Shilpa Residency — Restaurant in Mumbai

It's always been the first place for a family get together . After a long wait for renovation the place is open again and we thought of celebrating our family birthday here . So what's with the new Hotel Shilpa . The wait is worth it . They took time but the comeback was great . Super architecture. The ambience was good . Management is on toes now . The movement we entered the manager Mr Subodh Jadhav himself greeted us and got us table . Since it was a huge group we asked for some suggestions and it turned out to be the best advice ever . Service was great .they managed well to keep huge group alive with timely service none of us had to look around for anything . This family dinning has something for everyone ..Veg platter the dish was to die for .it was a generous portion and all of us just loved it ..Great Chinese sizller the kids just couldn't stop themselves.mushroom risotto was great choice .panner chilly was excellent. It didn't end here .the taste was so great we couldn't resist to go for main course even though we had no appetite left but we al agreed and ordered . Veg Tiranga and panner kokiwada .. normal dishes avilable every other hotel but I can bet the taste was unbeatable ..we tried it with garlic and butter nan . Finally we went for some sweets .Gulab jamun, rasmali sandwich 🥪. If you are one those people who been struggling for a veggie taste get urself here and taste the best of veg. & If you are foodie and haven't been here u are missing a lot . Mulund has got the best of restaurant in last few years but this place has its own benchmark ....

one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had in my life.. staff is absolutely shambolic and doesnt care about their customers.. they talk as if they are doing us a favour by even letting us enter the hotel..and if you ask anything the staff is extremely rude and will treat you like the following"..dont you know how to google ? why are you asking me and disturbing me from watching this movie on my phone while i am getting bored behind the reception desk?"..if i could rate it negative i would..I wouldnt recommed it to anyone..the breakfast is a disaster ..and by that I mean its so bad that the food hawker on the street outside sells better food than them..I thought that this could be a one off but the same thing happened the next day..the room was ridden with bugs and mosquitoes..even after repeated calling the staff didnt bother with it..all in all PLEASE AVOID IF YOU WANT TO HAVE A...

During our (along with my colleague) visit to Mumbai early this week, we stayed at this hotel - Shilpa Residency. It was our first time stay at this hotel as our preferred hotel Archana Residency - almost next door - was not available. | |It is a very decent hotel - especially for business or professional travellers. Very conveniently located in Mulund (West) at the end of LBS Road just before Check naka gate and toll booth. ||Size of the room was also reasonably large (as per Mumbai standard) with very good decor and adequate lights. ||Excellent breakfast in terms of variety and taste.| |In my opinion, there is a scope of improvement for house keeping service though there is nothing specific to complain about. ||Overall enjoyed our stay with this hotel at Mulund...
