WORST PLACE YOU COULD EVER GO IN MAHAVIR NAGAR!

I visited this place for the first time as I saw them on Shark Tank and I really loved their concept. But it turned out into a disaster.

I visited the restaurant with the friends and I was welcomed with a strong attitude by the server. Me and my friends settled ourselves on a table and within a min or two we were asked to leave the table. On asking, we were said that a family of 4 was waiting before us but we didn't see anyone waiting (maybe biased towards their regular customers). After sometime, we got a table and server asked us to sit inside (AC compartment). We settled ourselves and again the same family of 4 came behind us and server asked us leave again because the family wanted to sit in AC. We talked to the manager about this situation and he said "It's first come first serve, we can't do anything". We were like they already got their table and when it was our turn to sit the family wanted to switched their table. How come it's first come first serve?

Anyways we switched the tables with them. And when we were finalizing our order, the server came to us again saying "This is a big table, take another small table". We were like seriously? This is the third time we were asked to switch our places. Such a disaster. We were annoyed, angry and very disappointed with the service. We made a small order just as a good gesture and left.

I would never ever visit this guys again. Manager is biased and just present for the name sake. Servers has a bad attitude and deal with you as if they are doing you a favour. Worst customer service and food is okay not too great.

We visited the Hiranandani Powai Business Park outlet. The food was neither exceptionally good nor particularly bad — average at best. It’s a decent option if you’re nearby, but not worth a special trip.

The outlet has open seating with a few tables and chairs, making it inconvenient during the rainy season. Also, despite being listed on the menu, none of the iced teas were available — a basic offering that was missing.

Food Ordered: Korean Spicy Maggi – We were expecting something unique, but it turned out to be very basic, similar to what one can easily prepare at home. Peri Peri and Cheese Fries – The Peri Peri fries were decent. However, the cheese fries were quite disappointing — the cheese sauce tasted like generic white pasta sauce, lacking flavour. Aglio Olio Blooming Bread – Tasted good but was overly spicy. Cold Coffee – This was the only item that stood out and tasted genuinely good.

Service Experience: The service was subpar. There is no table service — customers must collect their food from the counter. While this in itself isn’t a problem, the execution was poor. The staff member at the counter called out each order only once, without any effort to identify the customer or ensure the food reached the right person. If you aren’t paying close attention, your food might sit at the counter and go cold before you even realize it’s ready.

Personally I prefer talking about it on one to one basis but since I didn’t receive ur reply for almost 2 weeks had to do this Hi Arpit The food was awesome kids loved it but disappointment in service I had mentioned twice personally to the staff to start service by 2.15-2.20 pm since we will be in the banquet by 2pm n after several reminders it started at 2.40 Kids were very hungry n asking for food which made me feel bad .. Also the the cake n ice cream was serviced so late that many of them left without eating n I had to service them on their way to exit from ur counter which was very stressful Infact I didn’t even eat anythi since I was running up n down to place order n serve Either u Shd have told me I hv shortage of staff or can’t manage 20-22 people I wld hv arranged for boxes and atleast I would be assured to serve them on time Sorry to say but I noticed it that Rahul was more keen n interested in looking after his guest n family at that time …agree but not more then your Customer I’m also from service and hospitality industry but this is not how you function .. can check if u hv camera about the delay and number of visits I made ..
