Image Restaurant and Bar — Restaurant in Mumbai

So I definitely had high hopes from this restaurant, however the complete experience was below average. This was the 2nd time I was visiting this particular restaurant. The 1st visit was when I was a kid so I don't remember much about it. We were here for a celebration, all 16 members. The 1st disappointing thing was we did not get a better seating arrangement as the ground floor was packed with guests so we had to sit on the 1st floor which by the way looked too old, not nearly maintained and poor choice of interior which killed the whole vibe!

Still we decided to give it a chance and ordered food so with our soup what we got is stale dry noodles as a side dish we asked them to replace them but it was of no use because the replacements were tasting the same too! Butter chickens, chicken and kebab platters chicken were completely uncooked and raw felt.

I would sincerely recommend y'all to please check the reviews before visiting...

Disappointing Experience with Poor Quality Chinese Food

Just now i ordered from Image restaurant hoping to enjoy a delicious Chinese meal, but unfortunately, they made schezwan fried rice in pure ghee 😳😳😳😳 and another dish was veg crispy which was totally tasteless, पता नहीं कहा से chef लेके आये totally disappointing experience.

Overall, I would not recommend Image restaurant based on my experience, and I hope they take this feedback constructively to improve the quality of their offerings...
