I visited Glass House Lounge yesterday with a few friends to watch a cricket match, and the experience was extremely disappointing due to poor customer service and unprofessional behavior by the floor manager, Mr. Parvesh Quereshi.
The main purpose of our visit was to enjoy the live match, but there was no audio—only loud background music. When we raised the issue, we received contradictory explanations:
A staff member claimed it was a technical problem. A manager said audio was disabled due to a Mumbai Police request. Mr. Quereshi flatly insisted that the lounge has never played audio for matches, directly contradicting both his staff and our own past experiences at the same venue.
When asked to clarify, instead of engaging respectfully, Mr. Quereshi walked away, showing complete disregard for customers. His dismissive and rude attitude spoiled the evening—we had to leave mid-match and go elsewhere, where we had a much better and more welcoming experience.
On top of this, Mr. Quereshi did not allow us to pay the bill via Zomato and avail offers. Later, while writing this review, I noticed multiple other complaints mentioning the same issue, with some reviewers stating that after escalating to management, Glass House did in fact honor Zomato Gold. This points to a persistent pattern of misleading and unfair treatment of customers.
To be clear, Glass House is a nicely designed venue with decent food, but customer-facing staff define the experience. With someone as unprofessional as Mr. Parvesh Quereshi leading the floor, the place fails badly.
Strongly recommend avoiding Glass House Lounge. There are far better, more transparent, and customer-friendly options available nearby (e.g., Avenue building near...

We visited yesterday to watch a match, and the experience was very disappointing. The club charges a very heavy cover charge for a table, but when we reached, there was a technical glitch and they couldn’t even play the audio from the match. Watching a game without sound defeats the purpose of going there. Mr. Pravesh Kureshi, the floor manager, made the situation worse. Instead of handling it politely, he argued with us, claiming they “never play matches with sound.” Since we’ve been there many times before and even had videos of matches with audio, we pointed it out — yet he continued to argue in a rude and arrogant manner. His behavior completely spoiled the mood for me and my friends. This is not the first time we’ve faced audio issues at Glass House, but we still gave the place chances because of the memories we had. Unfortunately, this time the arrogance of the management crossed the line. Ironically, thanks to Mr. Pravesh’s attitude, we left Glass House and went to another club just a 5-minute walk away. That place had perfect audio, better service, great vibe, and our bill was half of what Glass House charged. We ended up having a much better evening there.
To be fair, the decor at Glass House is nice, but the service is pathetic, prices are unjustified, and management is rude.
👉 My strong suggestion: Avoid this place. If you’re nearby, go instead to the clubs in the Avenue building opposite Inorbit Mall — they’re far better in terms of service, vibe, and value for money.
Glass House has permanently lost us...
Read moreDear Owner,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a disappointing experience I had during my recent visit to your lounge ( Glass House Malad ).
A staff member named Sandesh, who was stationed at the reception counter, demonstrated a rather unprofessional and discourteous attitude towards us and other guests. Despite being seated by your own team, we were asked to shift tables multiple times without a clear or respectful explanation. Unfortunately, the manner in which Sandesh spoke to us was not only inappropriate but also completely unacceptable. His exact words were, “Tüm log ko kaun bolta yaha baithne ko, this place has booking, go somewhere else and sit,” which was said in an uncalled-for tone.
We would have been more than willing to cooperate had the request been made politely. It was also mentioned to us that he might be related to the owner, which made the incident all the more surprising, as one would expect a higher standard of behavior in such a case.
The level of service and hospitality experienced was not in line with the expectations of guests who are contributing significantly, as reflected in our bill of over ₹10,000. Incidents like these can tarnish the reputation of an otherwise well-regarded establishment.
I sincerely urge you to look into this matter and consider appointing a more professionally trained individual at the reception. Maintaining a respectful and guest-friendly environment is essential for the continued success of...
