I went to the Chincholi Bunder garden in Malad to sit for 2 minutes and drink water as I was feeling dizzy and unwell after a long, tiring day. While I was sitting quietly, the watchman came and started speaking to me very rudely, using inappropriate and disrespectful language. Despite many people being in the garden, he singled me out and insisted I leave immediately, without any valid reason. As a woman alone, I felt extremely uncomfortable and harassed. Read moreActually, I would rate it 3.5. The park is good for walking / jogging. The greenery inside is nice. However, the play area needs to be upgraded. There's rust on most of the play equipments. The general upkeep of the garden needs to be in place. There are gym equipments for adults which are in good condition. There is an area inside which has animal statues eg. Peacock, monkeys, bear, deer, etc...which children are fascinated by. The play area also has some eateries inside, which personally I didn't like the idea.
