Classic Veg Restaurant — Restaurant in Mumbai

Worst experience ever had. Yesterday we had ordered a food which was extremely of bad taste. We had placed an order for punjabi dishes, pasta, jain food,rice and browny.

In Punjabi dishes butter roti is served and after 30minutes vegetables are served and that too after 3 reminders till that time butter roti can't be eaten.

Pasta served were half cooked and half kaccha. The order was delivered after 3 reminders with waiter and 2 reminders with manager of the hotel who took care of cash counter,

Jain food served contained onions which is not acceptable.

Even rice was half cooked and taste of brownie was like catbury chocolate.

Total bill amounted to Approx. 5000/-, we asked him to deduct the amount towards above all mistakes and worst food provided but the manager didn't agree(rude staff) and said it's Sunday so please do not expect good service as we are running short of staff. You have to pay total bill.

Those who are reading this please note do not visit this hotel on Saturday and Sunday as they don't belive in providing service due to staff shortage (it's an excuse). Rest of the days m not aware.

My experience...

Previously i have visited this restaurant plenty-of times , but after opening of restaurants i visited classic veg and i am highly disappointed with the service and food Went to ac section , there where no tap water supply to wash hands which is mandatory now a days , ordered panner tikka masala Paneer tikka masala tasted very bad not properly made also panner was not cooked good i clearly seen whole white panner piece like masala kept stored and after just added panner Also they are very famous for pav bhaji ordered paav bhaji to Paav bhaji was like tomato puree not good in taste very disappointed this time Lastly i asked to get coke even he didn’t told me that coke is not chilled coke was higher then room temperature tasted like sugar ka paani Highly disappointed...

It was an excellent restaurant until they revamped the restaurant. we first ordered Chholey Bhature which were subpar nothing extraordinary, alongside we had given order for Dal Fry and steam rice with clear instructions to serve only after we have finished our earlier order, but surprising to us they brought it in middle of the meal and said that is how they serve. and after a mini explanatory argument they agreed to serve it after sometime. and then we were served cold Dal-Fry and Rice which were completely unsatisfactory. The Dal-Fry was sweet... in what world Dal-Fry is sweet. and the rice didn't had any softness. Unfortunately we didn't finished as the appetite was dead by now. Never Suggesting this...
