Mad Over Donuts — Restaurant in Mumbai

I had ordered for 6 salted caramel donuts on 20th September via Swiggy. The order got placed and the payment was made online.. however after 30 mins I got a call from MOD mulund West branch saying they only have 2 pieces available and asking me to take other chocolate donuts which I refused. So they were forced to make 4 Salted caramel donuts which were full of salt and less of caramel and cream... the taste is so horrible that I dont think I will ever have another bite of the donuts.extremely...

Discrepancy in their offer on zomato and what they deliver. If beverage is not available they disable the option instead of removing the offer. We go with presumption that beverage will be standardized. On call to restaurant i was blamed for not selecting option. Since it was birthday gift, i expected the restaurant to atleast offer to send some thing to the person. Instead i had to take up issue with zomato for some compensation that didn't reflect the time and energy i spent...

Tried the new outlet opened in Mulund West - paach Rasta. Although the quantiy of donut they have compared to the other outlets is quit less unlike the other outlets where you would see them dipping your donut in hot chocolate in front of you.. However, Loved the new addition made to the Christmas collection. Definitely an attention seeker for kids. They really love it. Priced at Rs 345 for 3.
