Worst ever customer experience...

Their behaviour was utterly disrespectful. Firstly they don't have any online or card payment option. They asked only cash which was nowhere mentioned in their store front. We didn't have enough cash and they didn't have any card/online payment option therefore one of us was about to go to find an ATM nearby to get the cash and one of us was staying at the counter. In such situation where one of us was physically present in front of the counter standing before them till the other person brings the cash, the bill counter person asked one of us to submit our phone and we'll get it back after we pay the bill. Getting so shocked and upset by their such disrespectful behaviour, we asked where comes the question of cheating. Their arguments after that were totally illogical and their behaviour was so rude and offensive that they made us feel like we're thieves caught and they are about to tie us unless we pay the bill. Now these days almost everywhere there remains online/card payment options. Even if they don't have, we were just about to bring cash from some nearby ATM and most importantly one of us was standing in front of them only untill the other guy returns... But still they used very abusive language and insulted us that we have never experienced in our life...

Their service was also very poor while serving the food inside the restaurant...

Though finally they apologized after they got to know about our profiles but the abusive words and insulting behaviour they did with us was not at all acceptable...

Great, place to eat when thinking of eating bulky, non vegetarian food with friends and family. Not recommended for any vegetarian people or for loners. The menu card is variable changing with events and such. Food quality is out of the reach of jetliners, wait time is reasonable, queues are occassional and you can almost find an empty table here anytime. During rush hours and festivals, delays may vary. Table service is properly maintained and waiters are comparable to professionals, although the atmosphere could be better here and there, regardless it is very kid friendly, although as of our visit no kids menu was provided. Although the place has a wheelchair accessible ground floor, due to area restraints, no parking neither wheelchair accessible nor basic is provided; Second floor is not wheelchair accessible. No parking is provided due to area constraints, would recommend availing public transport via trains, to the nearby Masjid Station at walking distance, or via taxis. The place is cash only, which must be noted, by no means are other methods allowed as method of payment. Dining in with budget is very much possible here, recommended both for lunch and dinner. Prices are debatable, but mostly all foods are reasonably priced once tried. One would definitely say Mashaallah! when...

Very bad order taking staff i have came across ever.i had gone there with my sister and her 2 kids.it was our first visit of that restaurant hence we were taking our own sweet time to select food to order. And obviously kids were ecxited too and were going through the menu again and again to order their Speciality But the guy who was taking our rude was very rude and he was standing infront of us whole time even after we asked him to give us some time to choose the dishes. After much deliberation he did left for few minutes and again he was standing on our heads and giving us the vibe that we are just doing time pass. Just to make him go we ordered 4diffrent variety of roti and naan and butter chicken and we asked him to give menu again so that we can choose any starter and soup. He gave us the menu 2nd time and we were going through the tandoori starter and Chinese starters and bam again he was standing on our heads and y he was doing it i really didn't understand even now because restaurant was not over crowded nor any que was there waiting for the table. What I hate the most while my sister was going through the menu he literally tried to grab it from her.
