McDonald's Saki Naka — Restaurant in Mumbai

Normally its the same line up you find in every mcd. Though its not very spacious but decently spaced. Adjacent to road hence easily accessible Has more eatery options nearby You can park 2 wheelers out but on ur risk as there is no specific parking area. No handicap entry No vehicle take away counter. Self take aways active Mcafe counter available Service levels are not satisfactory.. there are errors and delay in orders and staff not much cooperative Only ground level eatery Congested washroom. normally crowded in evening You find more of working class and young chaps coming here. Dont know why but air conditioning always remains but humid and not chilled. furnishing is decent do not expect hifi interiors.

Had a very bad experience with this McDonald's I ordered four dishes through online McDonald's app and I did not received one of the dish so I called the store through McDonald app and told them about my problem and they told me that they will get back to me after sometime one lady called me and she said that she checked everything and the dish was there in my parcel and then she lied that she called me before and she talked me about puff but I told her to check the history and check the recordings there were no call made by that lady in which they talk to me about any puff she is not ready to accept it and told me she will get back to me after sometime and they didn't contact me back.....very happy to see that world's best company of burger is on which hands now...... This was my order ID...

It was sunny late afternoon and wanted something quick... had many options but donno what made me enter this McD...was a visit after 1 or 2 years or so and all the things have changed badly...there are 3 touch kiosks where you're compelled to use to place an order...it is no easy task to make a selection there...all the prices were tripled from my last visit... received the order quickly but was not happy with the quality...burger was a thin slice of chicken meat with some tandoori mayo and a slice of onion...coke was watered down...fries were of real low quality...very thin dry and bland fries... facility was full of flies...ac was very less...next visit again after 2-3...
