McDonald's — Restaurant in Mumbai

The place was packed to the brim with customers waiting in a long line to place orders for their meals. After they called out my order number which indicates my meal was prepared I went to collect it only for them to tell me to wait longer as it wasn't ready. They did this several times till finally I received a tray of food just to realise they mixed up my order with someone else's. I waited another thirty minutes so that I could finally eat. Then with assistance from staff who were carrying the extra trays I couldn't handle alone I took my seat. After that disaster struck with a staff member spilling 2 of my cokes all over me ruining my clothes and leaving my blood boiling at the sheer clumsiness of the staff. The burger and wrap were quite small compared to when you order from other smaller restaurants. To give you perspective the burger and wrap were both smaller than my fist clutched tightly which left me dissatisfied and still hungry after gobbling it all up in less than 5 bites especially after paying a hefty amount. The food was quite bland and tasteless even if you ask for the spiciest option on the menu. The fries were salted to the brim helping me receive heart problems at a quicker and more rapid rate. This experience was really a stinker leaving me fuming as I left the restaurant. McDonald's is an international brand and a great one at that but to see it fall to such lows is really heartbreaking. I was really disappointed and I hope to see them improve in the future or I'll be saying "I'm loving it"...

Soooooo to start with when I got into McDonald's yesterday afternoon, there was food all over the floor. I ignored it and carried on walking to get my order . I stood in the queue for at least 37 minutes even though there were 3 people in front of me. When I finally got to get my order the staff serving me couldn't even count so I had to tell him the price myself. I then waited for my order for 5 minutes and collected it and sat down. As I opened my meal I noticed my burger was moving on its own , so I get my burger out and it started to open up as if it had a mouth and was about to eat me so I threw it at the window next to me. it then got up and jumped back at me so I ran outside and got to my car. I got into my car and shut the door and started the engine. At this point I felt like I was part of a horror movie I was about to drive away but my door suddenly opened and the burger jumped into my car and grabbed me and threw me out of my car and drove off with my car . Overall my experience at McDonald's was the worse day or my life. From now on I'm going to KFC they are better and their chicken won't attack me like your burger did so KFC is bless. The burger buns are clearly not fresh any time at any mcd they r always Dry flacky . No taste in them not sure whether they bake them or order them in bulk and freeze them. Pattys need some Desi spice or has to be more cheesy and sauces are not put whole heartedly. Also it seems no one is bothered to service. After u order u wait randomly the orders are executed, some who came after me go der order 1st believe me that order had morw food than my small vegy meal .They just put the food on counter , walk away and expect you to figureout that is your order or not. Staff did Not seem professional loads of clattering noices i could hear at the cafe counter. One person chasing the other or some fight took place bet staff. Other staff had to tell dem to stop. Mcd Always last option for food. If u have to eat Burgers go to burger kig at sakinaka. Anyways both are not healthy eat something desi way better. People who dont know food will go here and...
