Modern Lunch Home — Restaurant in Mumbai

This place deserves 10 star like seriously guys I am not exaggerating I went to Mumbai for a week and I stayed in near hotel I read about this resturant on travel advisor and thought of giving it a try. Boy , I was in for a great surprise the prices were so cheap the quality of food so good , quick service , very clean area( Don't let the looks fool you , the place maybe a bit congested but the service is great ). I ordered the veg thali , it had two big rotis (actually it was maybe plain naan), two type of sabzi ( aloo matar , chole) ,rice , daal, papad , yogurt , beetroot something idk and a pink raita maybe . It was delicious . I ended up eating there for a week three times a day (Btw the veg thali was just 150 rupees yes 150 you read it right; all the items...

We had walked 1.5 kms to their shop in terrible heat. The seats were occupied so the manager asked us to wait for 5 minutes but kept allowing other people to go in and have food and made stupid excuses whenever we asked for our turn. 3 groups after us went in before us just because we were a group of 3 boys. Had he asked us to wait we might have allowed others to go before us but the manager didn't have the basic courtesy. We ended up having basic items...

Was travelling to Ahmedabad from Mumbai central station. Modern lunch home is walking distance from the station. Fantastic sea food. Had pomfret thali. Quite economical, neat and clean lunch home. Awesome taste. Just the way we get when we visit coastal Konkan region. Fish was fresh and tasty. Similar to what we eat at Alibaug, or Dabhol, Harne or any other beach resort. Really enjoyed...
