Mom's Kitchen — Restaurant in Mumbai

Used to be our favourite restaurant but today noticed how their food and customer service levels have dipped. Ordered Chicken sweet corn soup-great portions but absolutely tasteless, had no salt, excessively sweet. Ordered butter garlic chicken dry and the chicken we received was red coloured spicy chicken with the butter vanishing from the scene completely! The restaurant needs to know what butter garlic sauce or preparation tastes and looks like. The chicken American chopsuey was again too sweet to our liking the fried crunchy crispy noodles were soft and lacked the crunch in the bite. Probably were not fresh. The chicken Singapore noodles was spicy and tasted strongly of a star anise. The burnt garlic fried rice I think they may have forgotten to add burnt garlic in its entirety. Disappointed with Incomplete Order and Missing Items

I recently ordered from mom’s kitchen via Swiggy, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Despite paying the full bill, several items were missing from my order, which was incredibly frustrating.

What made it worse was that I was still charged for the missing items, with no proactive communication or resolution from the restaurant. This kind of service is unacceptable, and it severely impacts the trust and reliability I expect from both the restaurant and the delivery platform.

I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their service to ensure that future customers do not face the same issues. Until then, I would advise potential customers to double-check their orders immediately...

Unreliable Service – Missing Items in My Order

I recently placed an order with Moms kitchen through Swiggy, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. Several items were missing from my order, yet I was still charged for everything. I only received one item i.e thread chicken

I understand that mistakes can happen, but not receiving the items I paid for, without any notice or correction, is unacceptable. I hope the restaurant improves its attention to detail and ensures that future orders are complete and accurate.
