Naaz Restaurant — Restaurant in Mumbai

Have been at this restaurant twice in the past and had almost forgotten what it serves best and all new additions done in the menu and services only untill recently when i planned to treat my family here as we had liked the ambience and service in the past. To begin with it is located on very crowded road ,but you don’t have to worry as they have valet parking facility which takes care of ur vehicle. The waiting period was negligible , like a few minutes the occupancy being full as most of the people were trying the dinner buffet option which i will talk about later. While waiting we were served cool packaged water glasses which was a nice gesture on part of the hotel management,it shows thaz they care for the customers . At the entrance theres a parcel counter with almost all the starters in display in actual prepared forms, which gives a clear idea of the portion and way the dish will be after u order to the person taking parcel and also for the 1 waiting to get in restaurant and order food.. What we ordered was

•In starters we ordered

Chicken shanghai and chicken chilly oyster:-both of them were nice juicy and the chicken was very soft and well treated ,the dishes came in early and were served hot along with green and red sauces.

•Main course Chickne nawabi handi :- On suggestion from the attendant who said that this is 1 of our special dish we ordered it and it was boneless , but the chicken was well treated and nicely cooked which we had with tandoori roti and chapati. •Mocktails:-

So we ordered orange and pineapple mocktail and trust me both of them were made so well, and so systematically we enjoyed it a lot , they were well presented ,prepared and not too much diluted with water and not something just made for the heck of it (worth trying).

•Ice cream :- we ordered chocolate chips and raj bhog , both of which are available in cup and cone options,both flavours tastes well and came in early. Ambience:- the place is very spacious, has good space for parking vehicles which is taken care of by vallet, also the waiting area is good. The sitting inside is not the cubicle types which makes you restless while sitting ordering and then waiting for your food, but designed bery thoughtfully. Coming to the buffet option:- They have breakfast (7-10 ) everyday lunch (12-4)and dinner (7-11) on weekdays only. •The gold standard i use to judge restaurants while visiting with my family is whether my mom like the whole experience or not , both the food and the ambience as she herself being a great cook is hard to please. Well in this case my mom was highly impressed by the food that was served, she also enjoyed the mocktails and whole experience of dining at this restaurant so much that she was quick to add that we should visit this place again. We tried a true Mughlai cuisine finally. What better spot to visit than Jari Mari's Naaz hotel? They have two locations: one across from Phoenix Market City and another in Jari Mari. We headed to Jari Mari because it was closer to our location and had plenty of parking. And, believe it or not, we were not dissatisfied with our choice. My freinds's delight in eating true Mughlai was palpable, and the best part was that it was also inexpensive.

We experimented with the following

Mutton rosated__Mutton was made in Chinese gravy. Mutton was soft. Sauce was very delicious.

Chicken kali mirch ___the chicken was made in white sauce and kalimirch. The sauce was thick and tasted very well.

Mutton seekh kebab ___The seekh was soft and succulent meat. Quite nice.

Bheja tawa fry___A good rendition of the bheja. Bheja was made in spicy masala with the brain and was powder packed.

Mutton Nargisi___In Kheema gravy the mutton pieces were there. The taste was delicious. With garlic naan it was tasted very delicious.

Mutton yakhani shorba___The soup was excellent.

Mutton Lahori ___Mutton Lahori was made in green gravy which had boneless mutton in it and had eggs.

Naaz royal falooda ___This was served in a deep bowl. It content jelly, falooda, kulfi and chia seeds. It was very delicious.

Kaju kishmish falooda ___This was brilliant with lots of dry fruits. Must try.
