Pop Tates Lokhandwala — Restaurant in Mumbai

I went on 23rd may at poptates & we were having a birthday party there, First of all i will start through telling you about the location. Poptates is located in andheri west, near infinity mall the location is quite a busier place and there is more rush near poptates there is also parking area provided for your vehicle. Now i start with the restaurant. 1. Ambience: The Ambience of the restaurant is quite good you have an opportunity of two seating arrangement i.e. upper floor or lower floor (we went at upper floor) the seating arrangement was quite good it gives a very cool apperance as well the photos and the artifacts which are being spreaded all over the restaurant. There is also a separate seating couch provided the lighthing of that area is too dull you can't take any photos their because of lighting. Rest all the ambience, the apperance and the writings on the wall makes the whole restaurant amazing. Food: The food was really very good we had ordered one pizza, one nachos, one sizzler & one starter. The quality of the food was damn awesome and it was really giving a unforgettable experience for any foodie. The style of serving was normal not so pathetic or not so unique it was quite normal in terms of serving. For drinking purpose it needs a minimum age limit of 21years then only you can drink there i.e any kind of alcoholic products. The food range of the restaurant is also quite blissful like the variety of food they serve and with proper way. I was quite amazed with that. It's a economic restaurant and an ideal choice for small partie or some get together or jst a casual meet up. It's also an ideal choice for a family outing. Suggestions: I would like to suggest that they should improve the lightings of the restaurant for photography purpose, they should also add more products in their menu in order to serve more and more products, there is also a lil bit of quantity issue like for some items as per their price tag I don't think so that's it's worth for that. So these are all the things i may suggest to improve for better efficiency of the restaurant. Rest all was good I had spent a quality time here.

All of the above were a 4.5 The location is okayish. The area inside is huge. Decent music sometimes loud. Pleasant ambience. Neat and clean at 12 noon on a Monday morning. Smiling staff to welcome and serve you. Being early birds we found the entire ground floor and 1st floor empty....giving us a full choice of choosing the seating. Tried their Mojitos and KF premium beer (draught unavailable). Ordered 4 sizzlers, which included one veg paneer shashlik sizzler. The other 3 were, chicken shaslik, pop tate's cheesy chicken and grilled fish fillet sizzlers. You can choose the sauce. Then there's a choice of Mexican rice or fried rice or noodles. Lastly, you choose french fries or potato wedges or mashed potatoes. We tried a mix of different combinations. All the sizzlers were beautifully presented and had a very good quantity of each item including exotic vegetables, sweet corn, stuffed capsicum, etc. Each item was well cooked and remained hot till the very last bite. When you order a sizzler, you should be aware of how to enjoy it directly from the hot plate.... Or, know what exactly to shift to your dining plate, leaving the remaining stuff on the sizzler plate, to continue getting warm. Only those who enjoy piping hot fresh food should order sizzlers. We do .... and so We did. The server Tapan Kumar was very attentive when taking the order with different combinations, and the chef Pramod Joshi did full justice to our special requests. All in all a great experience on our Wedding Anniversary outing at this Oshiwara outlet of Pop Tate's. Eazy Diners special offers made it lighter on the pocket...

“I wanted to share my recent experience at Lokhandwala Poptates. Although I’m a regular at PopTest, I hadn’t tried Lokhandwala outlet before. I booked a table through Zomato, which offered a 50% discount.

When I arrived, the staff initially said I didn’t have the discount. Feeling confused, I asked to speak to the manager, Mr. Mustafa. He apologized sincerely and explained that my reservation was made during a time when the discount wasn’t available. He clarified the booking process, and I realized it was my mistake. He assured us of good service moving forward.

We enjoyed delicious Dim Sum Sushi from Chimichuri, which was flavorful and generous in portion size. We also tried the Pop-Taste Sizzler, Garlic Pepper Chicken, and Grilled Chicken Sizzler, all of which were excellent.

Mr. Mustafa later checked in on our table, asking if everything was satisfactory and if we had any suggestions for improvement. I appreciated the proactive approach to customer service. After the meal, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary pastry from Cherry & Chocolate, which was mouthwatering and delicious.
