PORT Kitchen And Bar — Restaurant in Mumbai

PORT located in Laxmi Mills, Mahalaxmi one of the densely populated area with tons of corporate offices around. Bombay and its connection with mills’ story dates ages ago. The significance in the title is that they have added the co-ordinates of Bombay Port.

The coffee over here is specially bought from their own estate which is in Kerala. Needless to say all the items with coffee in the menu are up top. The coolers were upto the mark.

Ordered Vanilla Ice Cream with Salted Caramel Syrup and Tiramisu. The ice cream was disappointing, but the tiramisu was delectable. The way it was presented was eye-catching.

Cozy place, highly recommandable for High Tea, Kitty Parties and a Family/friends meetup. The sunrays penetrates through the glass walls, the music being played here is also subtle.

Service is top-notch. They very well know about their Menu and explain in detail about the variety of the dishes they offer. Special mention if you are lucky Head Chef Vijay Walunj will himself come and explain about the extraction of Coffee from the estates and how he has been a part of the restaurant since the very beginning.

we directly called and booked the place, paid 500 pp. post meal we choose to pay through zomato. they denied saying it's against our policy. as per them it's difficult for accounting. I don't know who is their accountant. food the seasoning was less, when we mentioned this to thebserver, he said it's our policy for people with illness. strange. pizzas we verry average. smelled like it was fried olive oil. ragatoni was like penne. sauce was bad. disappointed...

The food was just okay. We ordered the Port Pizza, which turned out to be unexpectedly spicy—thanks to the jalapeños, as the staff later explained. While they did offer a replacement (a thoughtful gesture), it had already dampened our experience.
