King of fusion food and innovative dishes!!
If you haven't been to this place yet then you surely are missing one of the best and gem place in town! This place serves dishes with a very unique presentation and some really great innovation in the regular dishes. Believe me this is the place to visit if you want to experience quality fusion food!
Went here for the dinner with my wife, place has been in my bookmarks from a long time! Visited couple of times but this time it was about their new dishes which recently they added in their menu. I would say they are king of fusion! Anything you pickup from the menu, it will definitely delight you. We were really amazed with those innovative fusion dishes. Interiors are very well designed and creates a calm aura! All the safety measures in place. Staff was polite and service at this place was upto the mark.
Coming to the food and refreshing coolers! We tried lots of dishes which are new addition and believe me they all were so perfect. Be it taste or texture it was treat to eyes and tongue both!
This place is the pioneer of serving pani puri in a unique way with injections and test tubes. With all Supreme quality ingredients and super crisp puris, the overall experience of pani puri is taken to next level.
Dahi Avocado Puri, Dahi puri? Oh common thats so streamlined. Heres the magical fusion from Spice Klub! Fresh Avocado in the dahi puri. It completely alters and takes the taste to next level. Cold, crunchy and tangy! It bursts with so many flavours! Definitely a must try dish.
Purple Yam Nachos! Super crisp yam chips and some red chilli powder sprinkled over it, served with a cheese dip. Believe me each and every nacho chip in that bowl was equally crisp and tasted so good with that cheesy dip. Don't miss this one on your next visit.
Nitro Bhel - the magical show at your table! Yes it's prepared in front of you and it will definitely astonish you. I was confused when the bhel mixture was added along with the bag that looked like a plastic but eventually as he prepared the bhel I saw that the bag disappeared! It was prepared using starch and it was all edible! This was treat to eyes.
Chura Salad - papd chura and salad both fused to make this really lite and delicious dish to start a meal with. Papad and khakhra pieces very well mixed with exotic veggies and raw mango pieces to give an excellent taste. It was little spicy and tangy.
Along with the fusion food they do have some really tasty and refreshing coolers as well. We tried paan rose cooler and Gulabo! Paan rose cooler was with real paan pieces and it was the best cooler I would say!
Dhokla lasagne, dish of the day! This dish made my dinner a memorable one. I heard and had this kind of fusion a very first time! Firstly I though it would be just dhokla instead of lasagna sheet, but no it was a completely different fusion which tasted so good I just can't describe that in words! You actually have to try this to know how a perfect fusion tastes like. Hats off to the team who invented this. Those cheesy creamy vegetable layer and one layer of veggies tossed in an Indian gravy made it a balanced fusion and thats how it should be! Visiting one more time soon for one more round of dhokla lasagne.
We also ordered dal makhni and Kolhapuri kurma and Dal makhni along with sun-dried tomatoes and black olives Naan. This kind of naan you will only get here in entire town. Naan it self was so tasty and this naan with their creamy well cooked Dal makhni just gives a complete satisfaction. Definitely as they promise they deliver, Indian food made unforgettable!
To complete this fantastic meal we just had their chocolate pani puri and Bubbling kulfi for desserts!
Chocolate Pani puri, not so common or that regular puri coated with chocolate! This place just keeps the standard very high in all of their fusions! Hollow chocolate balls rolled in chocolate dust used as puri. Hazelnuts, Brownie pieces for stuffing. Caramel and chocolate Milkshake to fill the chocolate balls. And it bursts in mouth to give that ultimate...

Location: Opposite High Street Phoenix (backroad)/ 5 min walkable distance from Lower Parel Railway station incase you’re travelling by train.
Hygiene & Hospitality: On fleek! The tables were kept well cleaned, and all the staff were seen wearing a mask constantly. Also, they’ll help you with your great dining experience 😊

Spice klub is not only a fine dine restaurant, but it takes you to another level of fusion...

We recently visited SpiceKlub after a really long time and were as pleasantly surprised by their recent additions to the menu as we had been way back in the pre-covid times!
So let's first address the hygiene! Did you know, the staff serving food isn't actually allowed to touch your food? Yes. that's part of the safety rules and we learnt that when we asked for help in handling the food while taking a video and the manager denied touching our food! This speaks volumes about the hygiene checks SpiceKlub has!
Now coming to food. What we had:
Drinks: Gulabo: Rose Syrup with Sabja drink with soda! Super royal looking, delicious and refreshing! Perfect with Punjabi food!
Cucumber Colada: There ain't any drink better in summers than this summer cooler colada! Cooling, sweet and light! Loved it!
Salad: Cesar Salad: Cesar Salad with Makkhani sauce! A twist like no other and super welcomed too! (Also this is a very generous with Paneer salad) Delicious is the word!
Appetizers: Paneer Chilli Tacos: While tacos are common, ever heard of Papad Tacos? A twist only Spiceklub can do! Loved these bite sized starters packed with a wholesome punch of flavours! Pro Tip: Do not wait when this dish arrives. Have it while its crunchy. It can turn soggy too soon!
Soya Chaap Tikka: Dilli ka chaap in Mumbai restaurant! You are going to love this charred goodness served with foam based chutney!
Nitro Bhel: This ones a visual delight! If you want to witness theatrics YOU MUST ORDER THIS BHEL! The chef will come and make this bhel right in front of you. And mind you, there's one item in this dish that will totally bowl you over. Not revealing the shocker here! Go try it.
Samosa Chaat: Molecular at its best. This deconstructed Samosa tart is nothing unlike any samosa you've had before! Also that burst of the wiggly curd bubble placed on top of the tart is just mindblowing!
Purple Yam Nachos: Finger food! These nachos come with generous portions of cheese sauce. Have it if not for the nachos but definitely at least for the sauce!
Mains:
Veg Kolhapuri Kurma Paneer Lazeez Dal Makkhani Sundried Tomato Naan Garlic Naan
Going to club this all together and leave it to your understanding, jab starters itne acche hain toh mains kaise honge?! We really enjoyed the sabzis and the sundried naan but the standoutish dishes in the mains for us was the Dal Makkhani and Garlic Naan. I mean can you really tell if a garlic naan at any restaurant would've pleased you so much that you'd keep it as last bite? Well, we did!
Dhokla Lasagna: This continental fusion item in the mains menu came in highly recommended and if our picture is anything to go by you must try this out! It's definitely got the antics, the taste, the look, all of it rolled into one!
Desserts: Bubbling Kulfi Chocolate Pani Puri
Spiceklub isn't a restaurant, it's an experience and your dinning experience isn't over without trying out their fancy dessert. We say fancy because these guys have really given a great deal of thought behind their dessert menu and any common dish here is made totally uncommon just by their deconstruction and presentation. The Kulfi came in with liquid nitrogen smoke all around it and all its elements presented by its side, we could make our own concoction and have it! Which we did and enjoyed it.
The next and our highlight was the Chocolate Pani Puri. This one was a clincher and if not for anything you must definitely visit Spiceklub at least for their Chocolate Pani Puri. Words cannot do justice to the fun we had making our own pani puris with the butterscotch bubbles and brownies for fillings along with caramel syrup filled syringe and chocolate filled beakers! Oh you have to try it!
Anyway, SpiceKlub outing restored our love for this restaurant and we really cannot wait for our next outing here again to try out the dishes that...
