A lovely place for fine dining, Quattro Ristorante beats all odds.
A real classy interior with minimal yet sophisticated lighting. Elements like the pretty fountains in the middle of the tables to the wall art made the place look totally entrancing and give it a cozy ambience.
The outlet offers a variety of salads, appetizers , pastas, Italian and Mexican specialities and some irresistible fancy looking desserts.
From the Appetizers section we decided to try their Mexican Corn on Cob. Smokey hot corn served just like 'butthas' were served on a traditional looking stove along with spiced butter arranged in a nicely made pappad and yummy dip giving the Mexican dish a Desi touch.
In tiny cutlery we were served different Italian and Mexican dippings. Though not all of them tasted so good but they were something different to try out.
In the Italian Mainfare section , on suggestion of the staff we ordered Lasagna Siciliano. With veggies neatly stacked within the lasagna layers along with Alfredo sauce the dish left wonders on our taste buds. Their signature Italian tomato sauce poured on the top enhanced the entire flavor of the dish and we couldn't stop ourselves till the last bite. The only drawback in my opinion was that there could have been more lasagna layers because in that lies the entire highlight of any lasagna
Moving onto the most attractive part of their food for which Quattro is most famous for - the Desserts. So we ordered two desserts out of the variety of fancy ones they had. Chocolate Cigars were of two types one of which was filled with caramel and the other with nutella , both coated in crisp chocolatey layer. What made it even more exciting to have it was the way it could be savored. Typical way of cutting the cigars were implied to cut the chocolatey cigars into pieces and my oh my they were relishing! Chocolate Cage was the one I was most excited for. Its molecular and complicated caged structure made of chocolate was beautifully placed on the plate withVanilla ice cream as a side flavor. But that wasn't it. As soon as we broke the chocolate cage, on the inside was an amazing layer of chocolate cake. So soft , warm and perfect the cake was the actual surprise of this divine dessert. Loved the entire idea from the taste to the fantastic and neat presentation.
. The food took around half an hour to be served. All the dishes were perfectly good. Each and every dish we had ordered was beautifully presented and looked appetizing. The desserts were the best part without a doubt so kudos to the chef for that 👏
Wonderful staff and quick service as expected. They catered to all our needs and we had a great time there.
This is definitely one of the most fine dining place to drop by at and is definitelt Worth...
Read moreIf I dine at a vegetarian restaurant, and not miss the meat one bit, you can be rest assured that place is serving up some delicious food. Which is exactly what I felt as I dined at Quattro Ristorante, to try out new menu additions. Quattro is well established for serving up Italian and Mexican fare - tweaked to suit the Indian palate. What makes the entire meal exciting is that they use influences of molecular gastronomy in their dishes - liquid nitrogen, foam, fumes, spheres and the works! We started off our meal with our very enthusiastic servers describing our Italian and Mexican sauce and condiment tray to us. That coupled with the Beer Mule and Wine Mule we were sipping on made the wait for food easier. Our Orange Apple Walnut Insalate arrived in individual serving spoons where the apple walnut salad came topped with an interesting orange meringue and a foam of goat cheese. A bit on the sweeter side owing to the strong apple and orange flavours - wish there was more goats cheese to cut the sweetness. The Guacamole and Chips we ordered came with theatrics on the side. The server prepared the entire dish in front of us, using liquid nitrogen for the wow factor. Not to mention the guacamole was one of the best I've had in the city, owing to the freshness of the avocado. The Formaggio Di Patate - baby potatoes topped with cheese sauce - was a hit because who doesn't love cheese and potato! The Jalapeno Quesso were deep fried jalapeno and cheese poppers, topped with some jalapeno foam. The foam here was unnecessary, the popper delicious! The Corn cookies were stars - a corn cookie base topped with jalapeno and black beans. The beet icecream on top provided another dimension to the entire dish. The Taquitos we had next may have looked mild but they were fiery and flavourful. Tortilla cones came stuffed with spicy salsa, beans and an avocado icecream on top. I absolutely love the savoury ice creams the guys at Quattro are churning out. Jalapeno Riso with Grilled Cottage cheese tasted so much like the rice and paneer you get on top of a Paneer Shashlik dish. That does not mean it didn't taste good. The star of our meal was what we ate next. A batter fried avocado, stuffed with corn and cheese! Absolutely top notch. The accompaniments to the dish - beans, guac, sour cream, mexican rice completed the dish beautifully. The Tres Leche completed this little Mexican foodcation. Visually so striking because of the beautiful plating. The milk cake came with coconut rocks, edible flowers, and coconut foam making this dish truly fine dine worthy! The new menu at Quattro impresses and wows! Can't wait to go...

We skipped the salads and soups as the menu was so elaborate. We called for tasting portions as we wanted to try a lot of stuff still managed to try only half . Please note the actual portions are bigger for many dishes.
If you are like us, you could do the set menu for ₹700 : three appetisers , salad, pizza , Italian main course , Mexican main course . However please note a minimum of 8 people are required for this.
Starters : Olive & Mushroom crostini Spherification of green olives served on a toasted baguette slice with mushrooms . You pop into your mouth and a burst of flavours appears.
Risotto palle A combination of signature cream risotto and cheese , crumbled and fried , served with chilli oil pipettes . I loved it. However I would have liked more of cheese
Taquitas Fried gluten free tortilla cones filled with beans ,jalepanos , tomato salsa , avocado ice cream . I love how there are so many elements into the dish. The crunchy texture, the soft ice cream and everything dwelled wonderfully.
Mexican spiced queso Cottage cheese , cubes , spiced with chipotle chilli . It is a bit spicy.
Classic fondue Absolutely loved the fondue and how. The cheese was perfectly melted. It is amazing with herbs. It was great for non alcoholic (ie sans wine) fondue.
We gave a miss to the sizzlers even though we wanted to try them as we didn’t want to end up wasting food. But the Italian one sounded AMAZE!
They also have pizzas, lasagne, Mexican dishes for your array.
Coming to my favorite part, DESSERTS!
I have tried a couple of desserts there. We had the chocolate Saturn for ₹560 . It is huge and heavy and can be eaten by 4 people. It is all things good. That delicious Belgian chocolate popping in your mouth to that little jelly underneath. It is great overall.
Staff: Some really fine gentlemen wanting to feed us with big smile . So cheers to Mr Santosh, Mr Pramod and Mr Chandrakant
