I would like to bring to your attention a very unpleasant experience I had today with one of your staff members, Ms. Ruha Khan.

We were parking our car for the valet when the valet driver guided us incorrectly, leading to a minor incident. Instead of handling the situation politely, Ms. Khan came outside and started shouting at me, claiming I had damaged her car. She insisted I pay for a headlight crack, even though my side mirror had no damage at all, making her claim unreasonable.

Moreover, she spoke very rudely and refused to let us enter the store. When I mentioned that we were visiting from Gujarat, she told us we “don’t need to come inside.” Shockingly, she also made an offensive remark that “Indian people don’t know how to drive,” which was extremely disrespectful — especially coming from someone working for a brand that represents Indian tradition and culture.

Her behavior was unacceptable and has left a very negative impression of your brand. I request that this matter be looked into seriously, as no customer should be...

We had a wonderful experience at Good Earth, in fact one of the best thus far, given that we've been there many times in the last 5 years or so. We visit often, but today one of their employees 'Dinesh' ensured that we had an understanding of all the art, where it comes from, too us all over and introduced us to all of their wares, etc. Now that's what i call customer service... Very cordial and attentive! The best was that even when we weren't looking at wallpapers in particular, he requested is to have a look at them and we actually ended up deciding to go in for one of theirs, as we actually realized we loved it!
