Right Place (Ice Cream Parlour & Snacks) — Restaurant in Mumbai

I have been visiting this place ever since I moved to Mumbai 3.5 years back and it has never disappointed me. The place has probably the best sandwich in Mumbai and is aptly called the "Right Place".

I have had all kinds of sandwiches here - Veg Cheese, Veg Paneer, Multigrain, Chilly Cheese, Whole Wheat and even the latest Indian Style Pizza Sandwich. Most of sandwiches having a very similar filling with minor differences depending upon the type you order (in terms of bread type or one key ingredient) - potato mash, capsicum, tomatoes, onions, butter, cheese/paneer, green chutney and chat masala. Probably the chat masala they use has some secret ingredient that makes the sandwiches so tasty. These double decker sandwiches are tremendously filling as well. If you are moderately hungry, half a sandwich will be enough to satiate. So, visit this place when you tummy is empty.

Besides sandwiches, the place has amazing desserts as well. Besides the regular ice creams, cones, sundaes and stuff, their Melba is also a must try.

Right Place is open till late night which has made it a preferred choice for late night binge. It does not have any sitting capacity but standing outside and enjoying the tasty sandwich has its own charm. On weekdays it is less crowded so you can go and park your car, get the sandwiches out in open and relish it in your car itself. My favorite routine is to get the sandwich parceled from Right Place, reach Worli Sea Face and enjoy the sandwich in the company of the sea.

It is definitely one of the must visit...

After hearing a lot about Right Place Fast Food outlet from friends, my daughter insisted we should visit that place. Its a small place with no seating, though the prices are very pocket friendly!

It's located in Breach Candy, next to Premsons. Being Sunday this place was very crowded as this place has all kinds of evening snacks from sandwiches, smaosa, chaat's to ice creams and some farsans. we ordered 2 grilled sandwiches, one with cheese and one without cheese....the one with cheese tasted much better. . We also ordered their famous Vanilla softy, which was finished, so we ordered chocolate which too was sold out...only choice we were left with was the strawberry flavor. . overall, the sandwich tasted same as it would in any other outlet or cafe, so going all the way from Bandra to Breach Candy is a task in itself...you can get same food with same taste in the suburbs as well......only if you wish to go for a long drive, it's...

Today afternoon the person at the pani puri counter was absolutely rude and lacked customer service. He tried also cheating by giving one puri less (and said to take permission at counter to add a puri as had told him to prepare sukha puri plate only). The person at the counter responded it's only because 8 purees don't fit in one plate, hence. Illogical response to fleece a customer. Thereafter, when requested to sprinkle a condiment, he refused blatantly, and on further request he cheekly said to take permission again at the counter. Absolutely shocked at this behaviour. Paid 90 bucks for a sukha puri plate (so the shop is still making 100% profit). The place needs lesson in customer service. Very disappointed to see...
