Absolutely Appalling Experience at Hotel Kemps Corner - Unprofessional and Rude Staff! I am writing this review in absolute frustration and disbelief regarding the utterly unprofessional and disgraceful behavior of the receptionists at Hotel Kemps Corner. My recent stay was marred by their constant harassment and incredibly rude demeanor, leaving me with nothing but a bitter taste. From the moment check-out time approached, it was a relentless barrage of calls demanding "half-day money" or an immediate departure. Let me make this clear: I had expressly informed them of my intention to extend my stay and make a new booking. Despite this, their calls were simultaneous, aggressive, and utterly devoid of any understanding or courtesy. Are your receptionists trained to be collection agents, or do they possess even an iota of customer service skills? Their behavior was nothing short of a forceful eviction attempt, despite my clear communication about extending my stay. This isn't just unprofessional; it's appallingly rude and completely unacceptable! The level of disrespect and lack of basic human decency displayed by your front desk staff is frankly shocking. I've never encountered such an aggressive and unaccommodating attitude in any hotel, let alone one that claims to offer hospitality. Hotel Kemps Corner, you seriously need to re-evaluate your staff's training and their understanding of guest relations. This kind of treatment is a surefire way to alienate customers and destroy any chance of repeat business. My experience was nothing short of a nightmare, and I strongly advise anyone considering staying here to think twice if they value peace and respectful treatment. A Perfect Stay for Our Large Party – Exceptional Service and Comfort!

We booked about 20 rooms at Hotel Kemps Corner for a weekend in December for our wedding party, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish! The hotel’s warm, family-friendly vibe and top-notch service made all the difference for our large group.

The staff was incredibly accommodating and easily handled our group’s needs, shout out to Padmini and her team. They were always friendly and efficient, from managing room preferences to assisting with last-minute requests. They truly went the extra mile to make everyone feel comfortable. The hotel is spotless! Rooms were clean and well-maintained, with fresh linens and tidy bathrooms. The common areas were equally well-kept, which made the stay pleasant for all our guests. The only caveat is that the hotel is going through some paint job and some rooms have a smell. It was easy for guests to interact and enjoy the time together either on the terrace or the reception area downstairs. The complimentary breakfast spread was excellent – hot, fresh, and with plenty of options to suit different tastes. The hotel also provided complimentary evening snacks, which was such a thoughtful and appreciated touch.

One of the standout features was the complimentary foot massage during breakfast! Hotel Kemps Corner is a perfect underrated choice if you're planning a family gathering or any stay in Mumbai. Great service, spotless rooms, and thoughtful extras made our wedding weekend unforgettable....

I am writing this even before I check out. Right now I am enjoying their delicious home style breakfast on their blue rooftop looking up at the skyscrapers that surround is, the relaxing live flute music drifting in the background transporting me and making me forget I am in a busy metro like bombay. It’s our last day here and our stay has been sublime! A beautiful blue boutique bliss in the heart of south bombay. At first when I entered and saw the room I was disappointed and thought was too small then I reminded myself I am in Mumbai :). But the room was super clean, aesthetic and comfortable. What made our stay extra special was the amazing service by the wonderful and sweet staff at kemps. Everyone goes out of their way to help you and with a smile. Special shoutout to Samiksha who has a wonderful personality . The most special thing that I found at the property was the fact they employed visually impaired/staff with disabilities to give you a complimentary foot massage during breakfast. I will make it a point to stay at kemps if I am in South bombay only for this initiative! Wish bigger hotel chains also did something like this! The only con of the place I would say is the WiFi. Had a lot of trouble connecting and most of the time din’t work. Please please fix it as it’s a must for corporate travellers to have a fast WiFi connection. Rest everything is gold here! Oh and do try and order the fresh like soda ( sweet and salted ) through the room service . It’s one of the best and most refreshing...
