Saibini Gomantak — Restaurant in Mumbai

We have been eating food from here since this restaurant has started and we never had any complaint against the food. Today 27th September we ordered food from this restaurant and we were served with such food which did not had any good quality ot taste. When we called the restaurant to complaint regarding the food quality they back answered us saying ki "madam hum subhe se kheema bech rahe hai and kuch complaint nai aya and all" where as I was been very polite and talking to the manager and that person was still arguing and was not coming to the closure. Tbh the Mutton Kheema which we ordered was full of heavy garam Masala and black pepper and it did not even tasted like earlier and the kheema also did not smell good or fresh.

When we complaint the same to the hotel they did not come up with any solutions for replacement or refund and then they back answered us and hung up the call and did not answer the call when we called again.

Pathetic service and no sense of hospitality. Absolute disregard to customer present and waiting for a table for an hour and letting people who are not present but had their names called and missed long back enter at free will.. people who had their names listed at 8.30pm were allowed to enter at 10pm and people who are standing there (including senior citizens and people with health issues) waiting since 9pm were kept waiting post 10pm after assuring a table in 20 mins. After confronting and complaining the man at the counter, he just did not even acknowledge the complaint, and was absolutely unapologetic. Must try Crab lollipop and Malvani Fish Fingers( Basa Fish), 200₹ each Totally worth it. They have options of Wade and Bhakri instead of Chappati in Thali. I replaced my Rice in thali with extra 2 Wade. I have tried Surmai Thali Bombil Thali Prawns Thali Mori Thali Recommend and Must try We had also ordered panner makhanwala it was very disappointing and kheema masala which was okish.
