St. Mary's Kerala Hotel — Restaurant in Mumbai

This place really needs to do some major cleaning and maintain hygiene within the restaurant. Also need to work on the ambience. The place is totally cramped, the waiters look extremely shabby and unclean, in fact yesterday visit, the person at the counter (a heavy built guy), too looked like he just got up from the bed and sat on the desk in a shabby mundu and messy tshirt. I am a malayali but this i had to convey, so that the management can really look into it. The only person I could see clean and neatly dressed was a man in the kitchen who was actually doing some cooking. You are offering food man, please look presentable and neat. The food was no doubt good, it is often crowded during lunch time. BUt again the nurses from the nearby hospital and the mallu bachelors thrive for their hometown food so definitely the place will be crowded. Visited this place two weeks ago..cant believe they served us such pathetic food. In the name of biriyani they served just some low quality rice and some soysauce mixed chicken which tasted yuck. Ordered meals and the rice literally tasted three days old reboiled matta, watery sambar and moru kaachiyath with no salt and pavakka thoran to make it all the more tasteless.. no fish in fish curry meals, so they brought the gravy which again tasted something else..
