Starbucks — Restaurant in Mumbai

I am visiting for the last 5 days Starbucks Juhu Bawa and had an exceptional experience that exceeded all expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff here truly goes above and beyond to ensure every guest feels special.

The food and beverages were outstanding. I enjoyed a perfectly brewed coffee paired with a delicious pastry that was fresh and flavorful. The menu offers a variety of options, and everything is prepared with great care and quality ingredients.

Cutting 3 points because the barista added a charge on the bill which he didn't inform me about. This is not done. Such a prime location and amazing chain of cafe you can't con people into paying more. I asked for a flavour of hibiscus iced tea the barista said would I be ok with another flavour with hibiscus? I said okay thinking they do not have the flavour mentioned on the menu. Then I see I have been charged extra 150 bucks ????? Immediately I asked the barista I won't be paying for extra flavour as he didn't inform me it will charge extra as well ??? But the barista fortunately was kind he changes the order quickly and returned my money. But I didn't expect this from STARBUCKS??? I like Starbucks but suddenly if they do this the faith is broken. A very very busy branch of this well known coffee chain. On a Monday afternoon I was unable to find any seats and waited for around 5 mins to get a seat at the bench.

Lots of millennials working, using the free WiFi. A multi cultural & modern environment is kindly provided. It's a Starbucks and they are all pretty much the same from LA to Manila. Bill for two Venti coffees around Rs500, so a bargain compared to my home town of London, UK.

A selection of light bites, cakes and cookies are available. Personally for me, Mumbai has some of the tastiest food offering in the world ranging from North and South Indian to Japanese cuisine. I would consider filling up on a Starbucks snack a waste of my daily calorie intake......
