Hello🌎 People today's review is on our all time favourite place...suzette✍️ When suzette opened a few years back,it used to be a place to go and see bollywood lovelies who wud just dress up into plain white tee's and jeans, wear a cap or sunglasses...ofcourse this used to be at breakfast hours, when one wud notice someone very happening. Now,coming to the food. Its been awhile we havent visited the place but hv passed it and impressed to see that the place has become so huge in space that is. We have ordered more or less all their vegeterian crepe versions over the years. It all depends what crepe mood one is in🤫 This time around,we ordered in Epinard:cream spinach, feta, fresh basil and fresh tomatoes. Estival:mix vegetables cooked in olive oil with cheese's to keep it going which are feta n mozarella with fresh thyme. These crepes have a lovely nutty flavour, made in buckwheat organic flour. The texture is so perfect with hardly any oil on it. With stuffing of saute cubes of healthy and most avoided by more than much eggplant, zuchini, bellpeppers,is basically sauteed seperately, and melt in the mouth cheese to chew on,how can this go wrong noh! Epinard cooked with sauteed spinach, white cream sauce, loads of feta cheese, the tomatoes dont change the texture much...so no worries! So,when you ordering up your next suzette order Happy Eating P.s:Take one star out only for this...One grouse I want the boxes back in which the crepes used to get packed🙏 I appreciate the aluminium foil packing,as it keeps it nice and hot. Also, the crepe shud get fork with knife, not fork and spoon only Just see the material is more sturdy,so it can be used easily to eat crepe

Perfect for brunches! Went here with my family for Sunday brunch. Went to the bakery to understand they have multiple locations and this one is two shops away. The sitting area is quite small both inside and outside. We opted to sit in as it was super hot outside! Food: As this is famous for crepes we all tried different crepes and they were good. We ordered Estivale Avocat, Liban and crepe of the day. Estaval was decent but the others were quite nice and packed with flavour. They were buckwheat crepe and hence they had a slight different overall texture and taste. We ordered dark chocolate and banana smoothie, Berry smoothie with granola and cappuccino to go with it and they were lovely Ambience: It was nice but too small and literally had little to no space to stand. In winters outside sitting would be lovely and otherwise inside would be the best option

Its an adorable cafe, prime food quality. The service is good. The ambience is a little conjusted according to me but thats fine given the kitchen garden by suzette is right beside so if you want a little spacious ambience you could go there. The English breakfast - we opted for a well done egg and grilled chicken crepe, it was appetizing.Their juices - watermelon and pineapple mint were refreshing. The chocolate croissant and a cup of latte is ideal for a light breakfast. Ive had better croissants in Bandra but nevertheless it was flaky and soft as it should be. I was a bit upset with the mayo sandwich( multi grain )It was extremely dry other than that good it was flavourful and the fresh rosemary used worked for me. If you wanna grab a quick bite you could visit this place.

Suzette, the first thing that comes to my mind when i hear the name is Crepe Suzette, the classic french dish made with a nice crepe with reduced orange sauce and orange segments. It is one of the most famous crepe dishes all around the world if i would to say...

Talking about the restaurant/joint Suzette, the place is located in one of the best and high fi areas of bandra, pali hill. This place is a very small joint, i guess hardly it can accommodate about about 30 peoples.. Its quite congested and the tables are all squeezed up to get maximum people fitted in the area... To start with, for me this was one negative point i get there... The place serving french food, is quite famous among the people from foreign countries as they prefer crepes, and the stuff served there for the meals...also it is quite famous among indians as well, as many like the same food as well.

i visited the place for a breakfast cum brunch if i would to say... the moment i reached here...all the tables were full and i had to wait for sometime which was a bit irritating, coz when im hungry, i hate waiting... As soon as we were seated, we went through the menu and it was a bit confusing on what to order and what not to order as all of the dishes seems quite interesting with the wonderful description given there.. After thinking a lot we ordered a small bowl of the pesto pasta salad with sundried tomatoes, cherry tomatoes.. a citrus juice, banana and yogurt smoozie...in veg v ordered the foret suzette, non veg was the estragon as suggested by the server.. first comes the salad and the smoozie... the salad..quite nice..pasta was cooked perfectly...the pesto sauce was quite good...not the best but nice... the smoozie some how let me down...it was warm..not cold...and very thin...and seemed like it was kept and not fresh...

it is said that people eat with their eyes first...it was time to welcome the crepes...the veg foret and the non veg estragon... looking at the plate...i personally dint feel like eating...there was no garnish..just a plain white plate with the crepe on it...which according to me is not a good sign of a nice restaurant...the plate looked like lifeless... taste wise the crepes were pretty decent..not the best if i say...honestly i have had better...

the non veg estragon...has a good amount of cheese in the center, but on the edges of the crepes it was empty...and the same goes for the veg... both the crepes looked the same on the plate...only the stuffing was different...if u dint know which is which...without digging in...it mite create problems if there is a veg and a non veg person on the same table...

never the less...after some savory crepes...it was time for some sweet crepes... and we knew what to order..it was nutella and banana...my all time favorite..and the apple compote with walnuts.. along with some whipped cream and vanilla ice cream... again..there was no garnish on the plate... but one thing was there...that is the stuffing...the edges has nutella and banana and other one had a generous amount of apples and walnuts...this was one thing that i liked after the salad in the whole meal... but still..the food was not eye appealing...which i think they need to work on...

to be honest...i wouldnt pay 350rs for a crepe which doesnt have ample stuffing and was lifeless... the sweet crepes i would recommend...but not the savory ones..

the place is averagely priced..not very expensive..

overall...the food is not that great and lifeless...the place is quite congested...there is waiting and the ambiance was nothing great to talk about..

will i go to the place again?? i would think twice or thrice...

Complaint: I went to Suzette Bandra with a friend on 22nd September and we had a rather disappointing experience. The service was pathetic. The steward's attitude was discriminatory (we were Indians wearing Indian clothes) right from the word go.

  1. When I asked for a spicy option the waiter replied in a very condescending tone " we don't serve anything remotely spicy at this joint" (Almost saying this is not an Indian restaurant) and as soon as I removed the menu from the paper mat on the table there was a spicy salmon salad mentioned on the paper mat, which your waiter very conveniently forgot to mention

  2. We asked for water 3 times during our meal and we did not get it even after finishing our meal

  3. The waiter was not enthusiastic to serve us and was very actively serving foreigners and other customers in western clothes

  4. When I asked for a feedback form I got a piece of blank paper which I'm not even sure reached the manager

We go to a place like Suzette to experience great service and it was such a disappointment that we left the desert untouched and walked off. Bandra is a very competitive space a lot of restaurants serve good food but only those restaurants survive which can back the food with good service. Very...
