Except for the location, there is nothing good in this property. I liked the funky looks & the yellow branding and thought perhaps this may offer a slightly cheaper option to an Ibis kind of property. But this is where the two day stay in Mumbai turned out to be a not so good stay. Brief highlights below Location...very good Breakfast..included, but avoidable, pathetic & just 3-4 items poha, bhaji, parantha kind of spread, egg bhurji was stale, gave me a bad stomach. Only cornflakes and Nutella toast / fruit was the saviour. Room: wasted space, no closet, small indescript TV.Beds & pillows good. No closet, hang your clothes on the hook jutting from the wall. TV in my room had a busted screen 1st night went in requesting the staff over the app , calling reception to change the TV, but all on deaf ears. Finally late night they replaced the TV. And proudly announced that tonight we have a serious technical glitch with the dish(I think they probably didn't pay for the subscription and were logged out...not sure)cut to next evening back in hotel, tried turning the TV on, only to find the remote was not replaced and now we had a new situation at hand TV and remotes of different brands. Again the process of requesting them to provide the correct remote started, they just didn't bother and till I checked out the remote wasn't provided, neither did the TV work. This should give an idea of how services would be in this boutique hotel which doesn't even qualify as a Oyo townhouse. The room finish / paint work etc look only good in the pics, in reality it's very crude...see pics below Washroom is poorly lit light and exhaust connected to a common switch and it makes a ruckus when it's on, the ceiling of the washroom is opaque glass that's probably never cleaned...check the pics Reception staff...is useless the girl forever apologetic with no resolution, and the guy is useless with a constant crazy grin on his face but inert. Another saving grace was the rabdi malai kulfi which was Bombay style and very good, had that both days for desert though after the breakfast experience did not venture into dinner with this property. Also the food at the restaurant is very overpriced, but as the location is good there is no dearth of eateries around. Will I repeat this property..no chance of blooming in a bloom...

Disappointing Stay at Bloom Hotels

I recently had the misfortune of staying at Bloom Hotels, and despite its decent appearance at first glance, my experience was marred by numerous issues. As a 3-star hotel, I expected basic amenities and a certain level of comfort, but unfortunately, that was not the case.

The rooms are small and have a faint smell, likely due to the property's age. Highlight on top of it was fungus and bugs were my roommates. I was shocked to find that the room lacked essential amenities like a hair dryer and ironing machine. The bed was uncomfortable, and the cupboard space was ridiculously small, making it difficult to unpack my bag. There were no hanger rods in the cupboard, adding to the inconvenience. To make matters worse very poor temperature control in terms of A/C and bathroom geyser; I almost burnt myself in bathroom and Himalaya airs were there in room all day long.

The laundry service was also inefficient, taking over 24 hours to return my clothes. I submitted my laundry at 10 am, but didn't receive it back until the next day after 12 pm.

Overall, my stay at Bloom Hotels was disorienting and fell short of my expectations. While the hotel may look fine at first glance, its shortcomings and lack of attention to detail make it a disappointing choice for travelers.

I would suggest considering alternative options for a comfortable and...

I don't even know where to start.

This hotel is a scam and rip off for the price, those are german prices and you get better quality and service in Germany, with the extra tax its pretty much 78 Eur a night, its not worth the price.

Service is unfriendly and all over the place, we changed the rooms 3 times, 1 they gave us a room who was so noisy, it felt like they had a door that was closed that was not protected hence the crazy oise, so we were moved to another room for the night than we went back to the same room in the morning than they called us to move us to another new room all of this happened in only 2 nights at that hotel. When we were finally happy the drama starts again, loud music from their rooftop bar literally like a club my partner had to go down and complain but the music continue until at least 1:00 am, they apologised said we will get 20% discount but we got nothing just stress.

Breakfast super basic, but the only good thing is the egg making station everything else is super basic, the orange juice they had available was literally orange powder with water not even can juice, i know natural juice is too much to ask in a country with so many fresh fruits but powder juicer seriously in a hotel like that asking for almost 80 eur a night its...
