Dear Sir/ Madam, I use your Wheat atta (MP Sihore premium fine) atleast from last 4 years. I am very happy with the quality of it. Even I used to buy rice, jawar, mix atta, besan, thalipith atta, vadaa atta and many more, almost all things from your parle shop. But now i m NOT ATALL happy with your supply system (Except wheat aata). I stay in Matunga Central side. But i feel we stay in some remote far away place, as it is very difficult to get your all products. Your area dealer is always giving false promises that she will supply all the requested products to the Matunga shop. The local shop keeper says, the dealer is not sending products. I am fade up with ur terrible supply service. This is the first brand, where the customer is praising and requesting for the products again and again and surprisingly the company is ignoring customer's demands. Disappointed! I hope it will change. If you will add your products online for sell, then we dont have to call your call centre. Those girls r only for giving dealer tel nos....nothing else. Please do something urgently and find some permanent...

Pathetic customer service. Have been following up on what's app after placing an order week's ago through their website. When asked about the order status, was simply shared a photo of some cash memo showing the date when placed through their website but no indication or information about when it will be delivered. Glad I had not placed an order of a large amount and was trying to order online with them for the first time. Seriously stay away from ordering from them online. The product will never be delivered to you and you will loose your money. After this terrible online experience I wont be buying from them offline too. Definitely earns NEGATIVE...

Products are good but their delivery service is pathetic i must say.. i am fed up with their delivery.. even after ordering products on time it takes forever to deliver & these people are least bothered to inform the customer about delays.. their service takes almost a week to deliver the products in mumbai area also.. even after complaining so many months they have not improved their delivery service and these people just give reasons of the delays.. they have just increased the rates of their products.. after spending so much we get such kind of service is really disappointing😡.. i think they should work fast on this issue which will help all...
