Disappointing Service and Unhelpful Staff

I ordered 3 different waffles as a parcel from this store, but when I picked up my order, I noticed there were only 2 packets. I immediately asked the lady and the boy at the counter if they were sure there were 3 waffles inside, and they assured me there were.

However, when I got home and opened the packets, there were only 2 waffles. I went back to the store to explain the situation, but instead of offering assistance, the staff member began yelling at me and questioning my claim. She asked, "What proof do you have that there were 2 waffles?"

I showed her the bill, which clearly listed 3 waffles, and even suggested she check the store's camera footage to verify how the order was packed, but she refused to do so. She kept denying that there was ever a third waffle in my order.

I understand mistakes happen, but the lack of professionalism, refusal to check the footage, and aggressive attitude were completely unacceptable. It's incredibly frustrating when a business doesn’t take responsibility for errors and treats customers this way.

I hope management looks into this and ensures better customer service...

They put maybe one piece of KitKat in it, which costs around ₹10-₹20. A KitKat shake should be made of KitKat! I couldn't taste KitKat at all. When the server asked how it was, I couldn't bring myself to say it was bad, even though I was deeply disappointed. When you're craving something and get something entirely different, it's incredibly frustrating. I eat at many places, but I've never been so disappointed about wasting ₹180 and a trip for such a disgusting drink that didn't even remotely taste like a basic KitKat shake.
