The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf — Restaurant in Mumbai

I recently visited The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf and tried their Hazelnut Iced Coffee (regular size). Honestly, it was a refreshing experience and definitely worth the money. The drink had a smooth coffee base, with a subtle hazelnut flavor that blended really well without being overpowering. The sweetness was balanced just right—not too sugary, not too bitter—making it a great choice for anyone who enjoys a flavored coffee that still tastes like coffee.

The portion size for the regular cup felt adequate and satisfying. The ice-to-coffee ratio was perfect, so the drink stayed chilled and refreshing till the last sip without feeling watered down. Presentation-wise, it looked simple but inviting.

Apart from the drink, the café itself had a calm and comfortable vibe, which made the experience even better. Service was quick, and the staff was polite and efficient. The prices are slightly premium compared to other coffee chains, but given the taste and overall quality, I feel it justifies the cost.

Overall, I would rate it a 4/5. I would absolutely recommend trying the Hazelnut Iced Coffee if you are visiting, and I’m looking forward to exploring more drinks...

There was a clear miscommunication from the hostess about the UPI discount 👎 Kid at the counter was very polite and tried to damage control by saying I got a combo discount and UPI discount is only 5rs (I am not sure it's a 👍 or 👎) While placing the order I had asked the Barista if she could refill my water bottle, she was very gracious and said of course, later at food delivery and my questioning regarding the the miscommunication, she was again gracious enough to decline water and kindly directed us to the nearest cooler

A Perfect Coffee Break at Terminal 1!

I had a wonderful experience at The Coffee Bean in Terminal 1, Mumbai. The coffee was absolutely fantastic—rich, aromatic, and brewed to perfection. It was just what I needed before my flight! The seating area is spacious and very comfortable, making it a great spot to relax or catch up on some work while waiting. What really made the visit special was the service—Nakul, our server, was incredibly pleasant and attentive. His warm demeanor and professionalism added a personal touch to the whole experience.
