Ultra Bar — Restaurant in Mumbai

The prices at this bar in Mumbai airport are nothing short of extortionate. I bought a 500ml can of Budweiser, which back home would cost around £1 in an off-license. Even in a pub, a freshly poured pint would set me back £4 or less in a Wetherspoons or £8 max in a central London pub. Here? That same can cost me a staggering £11.

I also ordered some masala peanuts for £3, which, given the local context, would typically cost no more than £1 anywhere else.

On top of that, service was lackluster. I initially went directly to the bar, only to be told to sit down and wait for someone to come to me. After waiting far too long, I finally managed to catch the attention of Maxwell, who ended up serving me very well. His attentiveness was top-notch – definitely 5-star service – and is the only reason I’m giving this review an overall 3 stars.

Good collection for bear lovers (which I am not), this place is quite expensive and is located on the upper deck of the Mumbai domestic airport. Though have not tried this spot but by the rush on the shop it's easy to find out that it's not very popular with the crowd either.
