You will spot this heaven right as soon as you step out of Arrivals at the Domestic T1 terminal. It's located on your left and the huge logo and beautiful ambience inside will immediately make you walk towards it, also if you need coffee after an insane 2 hours of flight filled with crying babies.

Ambience - 4.5/5 You are welcomed with a clean carpet and flower pots on either sides towards the entrance and when you walk-in, the interior decor is just amazing! A blend of wood work and coffee bean jute bags as props, cups and travel mugs as wall decor, High tables, couches etc, this branch has them all. The place is perfectly lit so you cannot complain of over bright lights nor too dim. The inside temperature is maintained properly so you feel comfortable.

Service - 4.5/5 The staff is kind and always have a smile even though they are swamped with customers in front of them. We have a habit of clearing our own trays and when we did that, we got a warm smile with a thumbs up and Thank You! That's so kind and sweet of them to acknowledge even while being so busy

I've visited this store every time I've been at the Mumbai airport. The entire store is spacious to hold large crowds. If the store's empty, you can find a good spot and relax for hours. I like the ambience of this store a lot. This store is open from 5 a.m. to 1:30 a.m. There's always a wide variety of food and beverages. During my recent visit, I had a Green Tea Latte w/ almond milk and a Fruit cup. I have almost tried all the items on display. During my previous visits, I've tried their wraps and sandwiches. Their Hawaiian Veg Club Sandwich is my favorite. If you love flatbreads, I'd recommend their Spinach & Corn Flat Bread. If you're looking to get high on sugar, I'd recommend their Cherry Chocolate Cake and the Dutch Truffle Gateau. I like the ambiance of this store. I've never been troubled even when I've sat here doing my work for hours. You can find their signature merchandise on display like any Starbucks store. If you have the time to notice, you'll even find sacks of coffee beans at a spot. Their staff has been friendly during all my visits, and their service is always fast. I look forward to visiting this store...

⭐ 2/5 Visited Starbucks at T2 Mumbai Airport and decided to try their filter coffee. Honestly, it turned out to be a big disappointment. The taste was flat, lacked the depth and aroma one would expect from a proper filter coffee, and certainly didn’t justify the premium pricing. At an international airport, where travelers expect both quality and value, this fell far below expectations.

The outlet itself has the typical Starbucks ambience—comfortable seating and a modern setup—but the product didn’t match the brand reputation. Service was also not fine, but when the main item you order is not up to the mark, it leaves you dissatisfied. Overall, the experience felt overpriced and underwhelming.
