Hi, please don't order unless the store promises a proper delivery at doorstep. Delivery partners (DUNZO) for this store/ chain of stores is pathetic. Had ordered a cake, having order number #PUTYP2NNB. The order got delivered is the email I received with no other Information. Then, I had to call the store and find out where my order was. Initially, I thought I burnt my money to a fake site. After two or three calls, I got to know they have finally delivered it. That was not the end of the story, they had delivered to the security of the Society. Unfortunately, I am paying the amount as requested, and on top of it, I have to figure it out where my order is. Theobroma, doesn't have OTP verification for order delivery. So this concludes, even if you have paid for an order, still you will end up clueless just because they don't have things in place to satisfy customers need. Please, do upgrade, customers need confirmation when they have already paid. I request people to be very care-full, because they can even say its delivered and you end up with nothing and have paid...

In an apparently well choreographed move, he asked the waitstaff who denied that I had made the payment. I stuck to my ground and kept on insisting that I had paid the bill. Realising that I was not an easy mark, the cashier apologised saying that it was their mistake and the amount was in the cash box. I left from there realising that this was a regular way for them to make an easy buck for...
