They have Jain food available, which is a plus, but the service and overall experience leave much to be desired. The space is very small, with only 2-3 tables to serve, making it feel cramped. If you ask for water, you’ll get only one glass as they don’t have a jug facility, and if you need a second glass, you’ll have to wait. The food is great, though slightly overpriced. They provide a finger bowl with cold water, but if you ask for warm water, they simply deny it. I requested extra mouth freshener at the end, and the staff looked at us as if we had committed a crime, sternly stating that they only provide two mouth fresheners. The restaurant comes across as stingy in every aspect, whether it’s water or something as small as a mouth freshener. While the Jain food is good, the service and ambiance definitely need improvement.
Edit and reply :
I must say it left a lasting impression on me regarding their service ethics. While the customer shared their experience about limited service and feeling unwelcome when requesting simple extras like a mouth freshener or warm water, the response from the restaurant seemed to justify these shortcomings rather than addressing them empathetically.
Highlighting that the guest asked for extra gravy or carried their own water bottle seems unnecessary and detracts from the core concern of providing a welcoming experience. Great hospitality is about going the extra mile, especially for small gestures that enhance customer satisfaction. Defending such practices as part of policy might reflect on the work ethic and priorities of the establishment.
Good food is important, but customer care and a positive dining experience matter just as much, if not more. I hope the restaurant considers this feedback seriously and strives for...
Read moreI was the second guest dining with the reviewer who shared their experience earlier, and I must say I share the same sentiment. While the Jain food offered here is good, the overall service and hospitality leave much to be desired. Simple requests like warm water for a finger bowl or an extra mouth freshener were either denied or met with unnecessary explanations, making us feel uncomfortable.
What stood out was the response we received from the staff when asking for extra gravy or more mouth fresheners—it felt overly rigid and unwelcoming. Small gestures like these go a long way in creating a positive dining experience, but unfortunately, that was missing.
While the food quality is good, the service needs significant improvement to match the expectations of customers who are paying for not just the food but also...
Read moreI have visited twice here. Food taste quality is amazing. I have tried North Indian and Chinese food here and it has been a great experience. Sheek Kabab, Paneer Tikka, Mushroom Bharwan, Khow suey, Triple Pot Noodles, Subji, Roti.... Just everyone as delicious. Rohan Sehgal who owns the place is always on his toes and provides great hospitality. If you are looking for vegetarian and jain food then look no further. The place is a bit small but perfect for a small get-together. I just wish he'd advertise the place a bit more to pull more crowd. Keep up...
