Alright foodies, gather 'round! I recently had the pleasure of dining at Epitome, and let me tell you, it was an experience worth writing home about (or, you know, posting a glowing review online). From the moment I stepped in, the ambiance was captivating – a perfect blend of sophisticated and inviting. The staff? Impeccable. Friendly, attentive, and clearly passionate about providing top-notch service. A special shoutout to Ankush, our server for the evening. His warm demeanor and genuine hospitality truly elevated our dining experience, especially as we were celebrating a special occasion. He's a gem! Now, let's talk about the real reason we're all here: the food! We embarked on a culinary adventure, sampling six dishes, including a selection of breads. First up, the Thai Paneer. Oh. My. Goodness. This dish was a flavor explosion! The perfect balance of spice and that irresistible tangy sweetness that makes your taste buds sing. A definite must-try! Next, we dove into the Lotus Stem Chilli. Crispy, flavorful, and not at all soggy – even down to the very last bite. The portion size was generous, easily shareable among our party of four. Kudos to the kitchen for maintaining that perfect crispness! The Chef's Special Sabzi was a delightful surprise. While it appeared simple at first glance, the flavors and textures were anything but. Clearly, some culinary magic was happening behind the scenes. It was a testament to the chef's creativity and skill. Now, for a slight detour on our culinary journey. The Smoked Dal, while beautifully creamy and rich, unfortunately missed the mark for us. It was a tad too salty and sour for our liking. A minor hiccup in an otherwise stellar performance, but worth mentioning. Finally, we reached the grand finale: the Sizzling Brownie with Ice Cream. A classic dessert done right! The walnuts added a lovely crunch, and the chocolate ganache was perfectly sweet – not overly so, which I appreciated. A delightful way to end the meal. Overall, Epitome earns a well-deserved 4.75 out of 5 stars. The enchanting ambiance, the exemplary service (thank you again, Ankush!), and the majority of the food were exceptional. It's a fantastic spot for a family gathering or any occasion where you want to enjoy delectable food in a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended! Go check it out and let me know what you think!

"EPITOME" derived from a greek word which means a representation of a certain thing or object, which was surely reflecting not only in the entire decor but also on the variety of fusion food. Supremely classy Ambience with funky european theme based decor that too with ample amount of huge, spacious seating, crystal engraved Chandelier. Perfect hue of teal, hot pink, rustic playful furniture balanced the overall decor beautifully. They specialise in serving arabian, italian, north indian, sushi & asian cuisine along with beverages & desserts and that too completely vegetarian. They do have many jain food options as well. Extremely prompt & friendly staff. Hygiene level is utmost taken care of. We sampled : 🔺Three Wonton Soup which was absolutely light with hint if garlic and soy sauce along with shredded cabbage and spinach. 🔻Red Alert - Similar to mojito, which had fresh dragon fruit, basil leaves, brown sugar, mudled throughly and then topped with dash of strawberry syrup, lime juice sugar syrup & fresh soda. 🔺Coco Fanso - lychee crush, blue curaco lime juice. 🔻Lotus Stem Chilly - Deep fried lotus stem tossed in semi sweet, chilly-soy based sauce along with slit green chillies which added nice hint of spiciness. Absolutely loved it. 🔺Mini Stuffed Kulcha - Cute little disc of buttery soft kulcha stuffed generously with cheese, onion and tomatoes. Very filling. 🔻Ravioli - Perfectly cooked spinach stuffed ravioli served on a bed of roasted salsa made out of roasted tomatoes, onions, garlic, hint of pepper and herbs. 🔺Classic Mushroom Rissoto - Italian short grain arborio rice cooked along with mushrooms, stock and very minimum spices was perfectly cooked & creamy in texture. 🔻Ferrero Rocher - Beautifully crafted dessert with many alternate components of chocolate sponge, hazelnut mousse, whipped ganache, cream, roasted hazelnuts encased in pretty looking chocolate disc & topped with handmade ferrero mini balls. Exotic!! Special mention to Senior Captain Mr. Kalyan, bartender Mr.Aman & Manager for the hassle free service provided by them.

This newly opened outlet was suggested by one of the friend and it turned out to be the best suggestion for me.... This place is quite big with mind blowing ambience and architectural designs within it..... The Spacious outlet allows them to even organise birthday and other family parties.... I would quicky describe the food items i enjoyed here... It had a bar code menu which made it easy to search everything i wanted in my own phone... 1) Coco- fanso drink : Its appearance was fantastic light blue in colour and made with freshly crushed litchi blue curacao topped with soda/sprite.... 2)Red Alert: It was a blend of dragon fruit, mint and dash of grenadine lime topped with sprite... It was absolute savoury and changed my taste buds.. 3)Back to village : As the name suggests it seems quite old school made up of peaches and oranges and has a flavour of cinnamon.... 4) Berry pie : This mocktail had quite dense flavour of raspberry and canberry juice along with lemon juice and salt.. This combination absolutely made it one of the best mocktail offered here... 5) Epitome pizza : It was a thin crust pizza topped with veggies and it tasted really good that we didnt even realise when did we finish all 8 pieces.... 6)Tandoori platter : This platter was filled with 4 different type of items...a) Cooked cottage cheese tandoori b)mushroom and corn tandoori c)brocolli d) potato and this was served with anar chutney which proved to be cherry on cake... 7)Epitome crunchy sushi roll: For sushi lovers this can be the best item to try once.. As name suggests it was crunchy and too good to eat... 8) Ferrero Rocher : There were many items in desert menu but as i am a ferrero chocolate lover wanted to try this .... It was reformed gateaux with richness of rocher and ferero mix which made my day..... I would definely visit this place frequently and try other things too .... I would give it 5/5 for everything i experienced here
