Agent Jack's Bar - Vashi — Restaurant in Navi Mumbai

It is located at the first floor of Pal Beach Galleria, Vashi. Agent Jack is a themed bar where customers bargain and interact with Agent Jack ( Virtual Bartender) to get best deals. Jack may agree or disagree with the offer. Each offer is displayed on a screen, brings humour with great deals for us. Rejected offers are followed by witty reply.

☸ Ambiance It is pretty spacious. Dim lights with beautiful bar counter. Seating comprises of both high rise and comfy sofas.At the entrance you will see cow boy hats and framed guns. I found that wall very interesting. The highlight was to read out others conversation on screen.

☸ Service Service is good. They always make it a point to reconfirm your order. Thanks to Mr Sitaram for taking care of our table. Special mention to Mr Sanjeev Ghosh ( Manager) for such great hospitality.

☸ Long Island Iced Tea 5 spirit drink.Good combination of different spirits. Highly Recommended

☸ Bacardi Cuba Perfectly made drink. A must try

☸ Oreo Rocher Oreo Rocher Milkshake. It was served chilled.Thick and Creamy. A must try.

☸ Virgin Mojito It was simple and soothing. Drinks are quite affordable all thanks to Agent Jack.

☸ Cheese Harabhara Kebab Loved the presentation. Kabab served like popsicles.It crispy from out cheesy from inside. Absolutely lipsmacking.Highly Recommended

☸ Mini Chicken Platter Six assorted Chicken tikkad. Well cooked chicken tiklas with perfect combination of spices. It just melted in the mouth.

☸ Goan Prawns curry It was served with rice in mini cooker. Presentation on point. The taste was average. Coconut flavour was missing.

☸ Misal Pav This could have been better.

☸ Teelewale Kulfi Twin kulfi sticks of malai. It was simply delicious. Loved it.

Firstly the Oversmart Asian Guy name Laxman Saun returned our food on the table saying the hair might be ours or came from somewhere else as they dnt have anyone with Long hair and while leaving with disappointment we cancelled our rest of the orders and left the food incomplete And then he mentions that when we come next time he will give us the best experience hahaha so I need to visit with an intention of finding hair again in the food I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent visit to your restaurant & bar, Agent Jack's Bar - Vashi, Palm Beach Galleria Mall on 18th July 2025. Unfortunately, the experience was far below expectations due to a serious lapse in hygiene and service.

During my meal, I discovered a strand of hair in the food (PIZZA)that was served to me when pulled out it was clearly stuck in the cheese melted on the top while preparing. This was extremely off-putting and completely unacceptable for a food establishment that should prioritize cleanliness and customer safety. Such an unhygienic occurrence not only ruined my appetite but also raised concerns about your kitchen’s sanitary standards. To make matters worse, when I brought this to the attention of your staff, their response was dismissive and unhelpful. Rather than addressing the situation professionally and offering a prompt resolution, I felt that my concern was not taken seriously, which only added to my frustration and inconvenience.

I believe every customer deserves a clean, respectful, and responsive dining experience, and I hope you take this feedback seriously. I urge you to investigate this matter, ensure better hygiene practices in your kitchen, and provide your staff with proper training on how to handle such situations courteously. I would appreciate a formal response regarding the steps you intend to take to prevent such incidents...

Very few of the places have nice concept , theme which attracts foodies like me and other people to visit the place .

AGENT JACK ,this chain of restaurant have really attracted me towards it , what is thing ..???

As soon as you enter the place , an Agent is assigned to you , You will have to download the app and place your order through the app .

Now comes the interesting part , The Agent appointed to you is for Bidding on food and drinks , If you are good enough and can bargain real good , who knows you may be getting your food and drink half the price return on the menu . But...!! Its not easy as it seems so , the Agent is really smart and you should have a better pick up line so as to get the discount .

Simple finger food and loads of Drinks available at this place .

I started with one of fav drink , which is Spiked Guava , spicy , chilli syrup with blend of Guava juice . Loved it taste , another was Black Currant Fusion , another refreshing and kick start to the Party drink .

Their menu has a different varieties in food too. Starting with the Red Paneer Chilly , Spicy ness at its peak , perfectly cooked and drenched in loads of red sauce .Another was Trio Fries , Three different types of Fries Salted , Peri Peri and Regular .

For the Mains I had Paneer Steak Sizzler , the thick cottage cheese was a bit uncooked , the generous amount of rice and fries .It tasted Good .

The place is great with old Hollywood songs , it made my Sunday night perfect .
