House of lords exudes elegance and luxury. The modish decor that consist of colorful wall paintings and artistic wall textures, make this place a great Restaurant to visit. The comfortable seating space will snuggle you in comfort like never before. The ambiance is electrifying and can host a huge number at a time. They have an equally humongous outdoor seating area which is well setup and managed. The cool breeze will add value to the overall dining experience. Found the staff courteous and attentive. The food on the other hand had absolute detailing. Use of different ingredients in a right way, make the food delicious and delectable. Here is what I had :
✨Salad✨
Insalata Della Casa - A healthy salad to start with. Made of fresh lettuce, green apples, prunes, orange segments, rucola tossed in a minted honey walnut dressing. It also had pecorino shavings that added much flavour. I would say that this salad was loaded with different and unique flavours. The prominent flavour of sweet and sharp taste of green apples made it absolutely delicious. The prunes further compliment other ingredients. The walnuts add that amazing nutty texture and taste to the overall salad. The lemony and minty dressing with honey being a major ingredient, help enhance the flavours. If you are looking for a healthy and delicious salad, go for it without any doubts. Highly Recommended 🤘🏻
✨Appetizers✨
Mantar Dolmasi - One of the most popular and trending appetizer of all times. The reason is clear, the burst of flavours that is a delight to your taste buds. The button mushrooms are all stuffed with pure cheese. They are placed on crunchy and crisp toast. So the moment you have it, you can taste the cheese oozing out. While the crispy toast balances the umami flavour of mushrooms. The mushrooms are soft and the cheese oozing out is absolutely divine. I loved the combination of cheesy mushrooms with crispy toast. They had also served a small portion of salad which was tossed in a lemony dressing. Highly Recommended 🤘🏻
Reduced Pav Bhaji with Garlic Bread - Mumbai's favourite was next on the table. The description sounded quite interesting, so ordered it in no time. Pav bhaji is known for the spiciness and richness. Pav being loaded with butter and bhaji oozing flavours from a perfect blend of veggies, make it one of the best street food delicacy. Here at house of lords, it was prepared and served in a unique way. The bhaji is reduced to a thick consistency and placed on a toasted bread. The bread is toasted with garlic butter till it is nice and crisp. The bhaji was spicy enough to tickle my taste buds. While the mild flavour of garlic from the bread made it more delectable. A spicy green chutney was served along with this appetizer. Made with coriander, green chillies and so, it added a kick to the flavours. Highly Recommended 🤘🏻
✨Mains✨
Stir Fry Wok Rice with Veggies & Classic Chilli Sauce - You can actually customize this as per your choice and preference. You can opt either rice or noodles. They offer three different sauces to choose from. One is chilli sauce, other one is black bean sauce and the third one is chilli oyester sauce. You can also upgrade it with chicken or prawns. I opted for the vegetarian version of it. The rice was wok tossed along with exotic veggies like broccoli, mushrooms, zucchini, carrots and so. It is then topped with classic thick chilli sauce. The gravy had a thick consistency. The sauce was sweet and spicy. Such an amazing Combination it was. The rice was spicy enough and was a delight to my taste pallette. Those who like to try a spicy delicacy, can opt for this.
Farm House Flat Bread - This particular one was loaded with vegetables like zucchini, mushrooms, olives and sauted onions. The base was thin crust and was freshly prepared in-house. Topped with mozzarella cheese and baked to the perfection. The highlight of this flat bread was the thin crust base. It was so well baked that the crust was crunchy and flaky. The right amount of toppings on it made it a...

Read moreAfter going thru good overall reviews on google, zomato and dineout, i and wifey decided to try out our first time experience of dining out here today on Saturday night 4th dec 2021, this happen to coincide with our marriage anniversary. We thought to get a roof top open air seating as popular here from reviews when compared to its inside lounge room and space covered with roof shed. We booked our reservation thru dineout app 2 hrs in advance but our badluck that dineout didnt confirm the reservation fot 8-30 pm. We went there as walkin and security guyz downstairs at entry allowed us to take our chance upstairs on 7th floor. After reaching there we were guided to a seating space in a remote corner citing that all tables are reserved or occupied and being weekend rush cant do better for the moment. I accepted the given shabby seat in the remote corner very soon to realize after mosquito bites that its not right and requested them to change my seat. The staff and servicing crew said they will shift in next 15 min while we can order our food n drinks. Meanwhile i went for a round of the place to get feel of it and found that there were 3-4 tables in open air unoccupied. I showed those places to stewards and other staff there but all cited that tables are reserved. I took their face value and accepted my fate of adjusting to the shabby seat given to us. My wifey did complained that it would have been a better decision to walk out than to hope for these guyz to listen to us. Anyway we sat there for 2 hrs and after we done with our food n drink , we still found those open air table seats unoccupied till 10-00 pm.This made me understood that these guyz intentionally didnt led us occupy expecting future footfalls to accommodate there and sheer thinking that once couple or people are given seats they will be forced to accept than protest. This led me realize and learning for everyone reading my honest review that its better not to accept the seats given if its not as per your choice than hoping that the staff here will help. The staff are very cold and robotic as focused on bills than hospitable experience one expects. From food perspective we ordered stir fried vegetables which was served cold making me believe that this place has been popular enough to overlook now on service and quality. You can read others reviews as well, service here is pathetic. For food i will rate this place as 1 star. After lodging my sincere protest and expressing my disappointment, i got to speak to two gentlemen, one name karan and other name bosco who said next time will take care, let this time pass. My recommendation to any new visitors going here, call and reserve your seat 6hrs advance and dont settle for any shabby place they offer, its not worth it. These guyz say they hold the bookings for 2-3 hrs simply by speaking on call, while i dont trust this fact, as typically bookings are held max for 30min to 1 hr and released if customer has not turned up. I will try this and share the truth behind holding bookings for free for 2-3 hrs. Summary my anniversary was ruined by their seat and ambience offered and as its said first impression is the last impression, i would say there are much better hospitable and roof top places around, try them...
